VEET in Shower Hair Removal Cream

I have been using Veet hair removal creams for about 5 years now. I naturally have very hairy arms and a hairy lower back which I try to keep hair free as much as possible. Shaving is never a great option and its also very difficult to do yourself! So this cream was an easy solution.

If you can get past the smell, it isn't so bad. I actually think over the years they have improved the smell of the product and it isn't as harsh as it used to be.

I use the "in shower" cream but I don't actually use it in the actual shower as it wasn't very effective for me that way. I always leave it on for the maximum time allowed. Don't ever leave it on for longer than recommended! I made that mistake once and had a terrible rash on my shoulder and back area that was very uncomfortable for a few days.

I would recommend this product, but I wouldn't suggest you use it very often as there are obviously very strong chemicals in it. I save it for "special occasions"

I have used veet on numerous occasions however once the hairs start growing out they are too weak to come through the pores and I have developed awful ingrowing hairs on not only my legs but bikini line too! It's a brilliant product whilst using it until you allow for more growth than you normally would as in my case, the only way to get the hair out is either by pressing between your fingers nails as though trying to remove a black-head; or actually using a pin to break the skin... once you have the hair between your nails they can literally be pulled out by hand, as they are so weak.

I have always been a fan of veet but since it turned my underarms scorching black I have stopped using it. I think perhaps the product contains harsh ingredients which is not suitable for soft and sensitive under arms skin.

I have since change my use of wax products and glad I made the switch. This is a no go area for me.

I liked this hair removal cream, but you have to leave it on a little longer than they suggest otherwise it doesn't really help that much.

It also had a pleasant smell ( it wasn't too strong )

The rough side of the sponge removes the hair nicely and leaves my skin feeling soft.

I'm not a big fan of hair removal creams, but I would probably give this product a try again somewhere in the future.

This is such a time saver, I mean who has extra time these days! Not only does it save time but it is very quick and effective at getting rid of hair. I use this in the shower whilst washing my hair ,killing two birds with one stone, so to speak. I love the sponge it comes with, very good at removing the hairs .after use my skin feels silky smooth and looks awesome! Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all so a definite keeper for me.
