Dischem Wax Strips

This is by far my favourite waxing product out there.

These wax strips are infused with Aloe Vera Extract ( yay for my sensitive skin )

It comes in a white pack with HairGo written on the top. You get 24 wax strips in this pack and they are quite big.

These strips aren't so sticky that they make your skin all sticky and uncomfortable, but they are strong enough to remove A LOT of hair at once.

With other strips my skin gets sticky and all the hair remains. Not cool.

HairGo also doesn't dry out my skin, rip off skin or leave my skin irritated.

Definitely a MUST try.

Dischem Green Tea Extract Body Wax Strips are quick, easy and effective. These wax strips come in a box with 24 strips and they provide long lasting hair removal for up to 4 weeks. Before waxing, make sure that your skin is clean and dry. Oils and creams will stop the wax strips from sticking. Hair should be between 2 to 5mm long for best results. The green tea extract contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents to protect the skin.

To use, rub the wax strips between your hands for 30secs and slowly peel the two strips apart. Apply the strip where you want to remove hair, placing it in the same direction as hair growth. To remove, hold the skin taut and pull the strip back against the direction of hair growth. Strips can be reused until the stickiness is gone. Excess wax can be removed with a wool pad or tissue moistened with baby oil.

With Aloe Vera Extracts it leaves you smelling quite good. the scent isn't strong as you'd expect but good enough to last you the day as you're not suppose to use any perfume products after you've waxed. You are expected to wait 24hrs before you can bath yourself in that good perfume or deodorant you own. Same recommendation goes for swimming or sunbathing.

I've been using them for a while now and they have done the job quite well. I use them for my underarms and they remove every hair; leaving my skin smelling good and feeling very smooth.
My hair grows fast so it last me for abut 3 weeks which it close to the 4 week mark set on the packaging. The strips can be used several times until the stickiness has gone. If you find that there is excess wax left on your underarms, apply baby oil or Vaseline to remove it.

Ladies wax is said to be much beneficial than using a shaving blade. It is said that waxing helps remove the dark marks/lines most people usually have on their underarms whereas shaving adds to the marks. And this is the reason I stopped shaving and started waxing and might I add that it really does work. Just like anything it takes time before you notice the difference as it depends on how dark your marks are. I usually use apple cider vinegar before I put on my Nivea naturally even roll on. This has helped lighten the marks and I'm almost clear :)
