John Frieda® Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Shampoo

I spent a lot of money at a salon trying to go blonde.
Instead my hair was brassy and more orange than blonde.
I came across this product - John Frida Sheer Blonde and everybody wanted the number for my hair stylist!
It brought out the blonde in my hair color and took away any red tones that I didn't like.
My hair looked neater in color.
Love it, will defiantly use it again when I decide to go blonde again.

I dyed my dark brown hair ombre blonde. After a while my ends started becoming an orange brassy tone and I bought this shampoo to help neutralise the brassiness and this shampoo did not help at all.

My hair did not change at all in the 3 weeks of using it to their direction of 3 times per week.

My hair also became extremely dry and ended up with a lot of split ends.

This product was definitely not worth the R100 I spent on it

Fellow blondes will know the struggle of trying to keep hair from being brassy and yellow.
I have only been using this shampoo for just under 2 weeks now but after the first wash I could see a difference!
The first thing I noticed (besides the gorgeous obre yellow and purple bottle) is the purple colour of the shampoo, this was a great sign for me because I know that purple counter acts orange so that would get rid of any brassy tones in my hair.. which it did! And it didn't turn my hair purple or grandma-silver.
It wasn't harsh or drying like toners can sometimes be.
It cleaned my hair without leaving any residue or making it feel weighed down.
The flip cap lid is sturdy yet easy to open, and because it stands on its lid the creamy mixture comes out easily.
And it smells nice too!
Definitely my new shampoo of choice!

I highlight my hair and needed something that would cool the brassy tones that the bleach brought out. I've tried a lot of shampoos that were specifically for this, and this one is fantastic! It's cheaper than the regular Goldwell branded one I use, and it leaves hair soft and clean, and cooler in tone.

Definitely a repurchase!

John Freida knows exactly how to do just that! I use this shampoo every 4th day to keep my blonde bright, light and healthy. it neutralizes brassy and yellow tones and gives your blonde locks gorgeous shine! An absolute must have for all blondes.

This was the very first shampoo for blondes that I ever started using when I started to bleach my hair. Im so happy with it and I've been using it for years! it takes all the yellow tones out of my hair instantly and it really takes good care of my hair, it doesn't dry it out or weigh it down!

its got a very nice smell to it and I don't even need to wash my hair so often when I use this
