Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance Mascara

Let me preface this by saying I'm a mascara junkie.. I've tried everything. This mascara wowed me from the moment I applied it. It continued to wow me as it wore from morning to evening-no smudging, no flaking and I could not believe the curl I still had! This mascara is volumizing but not clumpy. I've had several people if I have false lashes on! Love it.

It is very difficult to get a good quality mascara for sensitive eyes. For one, wearing contact lenses your eyes can get very irritated to the point that you have to remove your contact lenses if you are not wearing the right mascara. Most of the other brand mascaras will after just a couple of hours start flaking, irritating my eyes.

The Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance mascara works perfect for my sensitive eyes and can now wear this with confidence knowing it is not going to irritate my eyes later.

I wouldn't repurchase this product because I've been using this for a long time now and it didn't actually show signs that it's finishing or anything .
I love using this product when I'm not in the mood for handling fake lashes, it gives the same look as fake lashes do.
Perfect for formal events.
Bought the git set which is why I got it cheaper, or else it is worth buying it

Lashes are thickened, separated and feel great. They do not clump or feel heavy. The brush is easy to use and allows you to evenly coat lashes, even the teeny tiny ones with ease. This product will be one that will easily fit into your lifestyle and will add dimension to your face and appearance. A must try!!!

Being a “drama queen” I like to be noticed and make an entrance, as with my eyes, I like the look to be impactful, dramatic & bold. I was off course drawn to the mascara called Grand Entrance. It resonated with my persona!

This mascara has some big claims which made it all the more intriguing, including:

To date, I have not been an Elizabeth Arden makeup user but having used their skin products with successful results in the past, I was certain it wasn’t going to disappoint.
On opening the mascara, the wand does impress. Its slightly curved with three rows of bristles plus extra bristles on the top of the wand. The mascara come with detailed instructions on how to use the mascara but I found I didn’t need them as being a trained and efficient mascara applicator, my hands took control.

But essentially the steps are as follows:
1) brush curved upward x 3 strokes for volume
2) rotate to upside down U x 3-5 stokes to lift
3)straight side x 3-4 strokes to separate and lengthen
4) lower lashes- uses straight side too

Grand Entrance did not disappoint me, it delivered on all my requirements to be my NBM (New Best Mascara), it made my lashes super long and voluminous, with the dramatic & bold impact that I am always after. There is absolutely NO clumping or flaking at ANY stage of the day.
