All About Matt! Oil-Free Make-up

It's a great affordable foundation for when you're on a tight budget and the foundation does feel thick when it comes out of the tube. But I find that the coverage isn't much and it tends to leave my skin feeling very dry afterwards. I've also noticed that the product tends to rub off quite easily and isn't really long-lasting. It's a good product for light coverage and natural looking make-up styles.

If you on a low budget and need full coverage foundation this product is of a great quality and is cost effective it gives you what you need without the high price

They just need more shade variations for chocolate girls.

This is a lovely product if you are looking for a simple, affordable, day-to-day foundation. I find the matt finish to be especially good for problematic skins as the lack of shine means less imperfections are highlighted.

Although this product claims to be long lasting, i personally find it is not ideal for long wear. The formula rubs off very easily and can be a bit of a problem if you are dancing, sweating or in any situation where you may hug someone (foundation stains; not attractive).

This foundation provides a decent amount of coverage and can be layered in areas where you may need more without looking unnatural or cakey.

I have been using this foundation (Matt Caramel shade) for 2 months and love it. I use a beauty blender to apply it and it provides even coverage. My only criticism is that it rubs off easily which can be quite embarrassing if you hug someone who is wearing white. This is available at Clicks and Dischem and currently retails for about R80 - great if you are looking for a foundation that won't break the bank.

My all time favourite foundation. The matt vanilla shade is the lightest and suits my fair - light skin tone pretty well. Blends out so easily with either a damp beauty blender or brush. It is about a medium coverage but it is buildable and with a bit of concealer, it looks amazing! I set it with a bit of powder as I have combination skin and it lasts very long on me! I only find it goes a bit patchy on my nose but unlike other foundations it doesn't accentuate my pores, it makes my skin look flawless but still natural! Have repurchased this about a handful of times and will again! The price is so low too!

The packaging is very light for travelling purposes, comes in a tube making it so convenient for me to use, creamy liquid texture in 50 matt caramel and it's 30ml.
Lovely bright colors which are so eye catching and readable wording from the shelf.

I've always been a fan of liquid makeup, find it so easy to use and especially when it covers dark marks and acts as a full cover then it has my vote like this Essence makeup!

I chose the shade which blends well with my skin tone which is 50 matt caramel. This oil free makeup is said to last all day long of which I give thumbs up to because it delivers as advertised!

I am so loving this make up as it covers my dark mark perfectly, has never caused a skin irritation and it has a lovely scent. It does not drip and it's not messy at all.
My skin is oily but works wonders for me... pic attached had applied LCN FLAWLESS PRIMER before actually applying the make-up itself.
