Environ Balancing Mask - Does it work with Sensitive skin?

I have just started using the Balancing mask from Environ, after it got recommended to me through a Sorbet therapist. It seems to really be working well with my skin. Leaving my skin softer, more hydrated and less red.
I have only been using it for a week but am loving the changes it has made to my skin already.

Let me just start off by telling you that I have never used a masque on my face prior to starting the Environ Original Range, mostly because I've never really seen the purpose of it. I have done a few peel off and face sheet masks, but that's only once in a blue moon.

The Environ Original Balancing Masque is a little slice of heaven! It is such a great product because it is multi-functional- yes that's right, multi-function- it an be used as a micro-exfoliant AND a hydrating masque. I know, it's amazing! The Balancing Masque gently polishes your skin, helps unclog pores and removes excess surface oils (this is great for those who have oily skin, as it removes that excess surface oil), whilst simultaneously hydrating your skin which leaves it feeling smoother and softer, with a natural healthy looking glow.

Since starting my skincare journey with Environ, I use the Balancing Masque once a week as masque over my Debut Moisturizer before going to bed and twice a week as an micro-exfoliater, which I apply on top of my Pre-Cleanser oil. Either way, my skin always ends up feeling even smoother than before!

The balancing mask was something unexpected for me. It wasn't the usual type of mask I was used to. This product was soft, gentle and also moisturising. It felt just like a normal cream but it was lovely. It is definitely my favourite product from the range.

I love love love this product! Truthfully, one of two of my personal faves!
It can be used as an exfoliator and as a mask of course. So the price is totally worth it. I love that it doesn't feel too hard on the skin for example when you smile or talk as compared to other masks. It leaves my skin feeling super smooth, its unbelievable. It's also a must have out of the whole Original A range. Quite effective and highly recommend it.

There is no need to wear a "Masque" with this amazing product.

I used the balancing Masque at night, 30 mins before bed and I couldn't be more happy with the results!

My skin didn't react to this product so I really don't know what to say about it ...thou it a good product I loved the texture of it and it really smells great?

I found my skin to be a bit more reactive to this product. As the hydrating masque left overnight or 20-30 minutes i found that i would wake up with a few blemishes and patches of irritation.

When i use it as a exfoliator i found that my skin responded a lot better than as a masque. I love that as an exfoliator it is gentle enough to use on a daily basis! Once again i absolutely love the smell, not overpowering at all and honestly makes you feel so relaxed and pampered.

The balancing Masque can be used as a micro-exfoliant or a hydrating masque (like a mini facial in the comfort of your own home!)

In the beginning of my trial I was using this product over my pre-cleanser quite often but I found it made my skin very oily! Turns out I was using it incorrectly for my skin type. I changed up my routine and only use the masque once a week now or twice when its feeling a bit dry.

I can definitely notice my new radiant glow and so have others! Its an amazing feeling being able to go out in public make-up free and still feeling confident which I haven't been able to do in a while!

This masque is also suitable for people with oily skin as it helps to remove excess surface oil - just don't use it incorrectly like I did!

If you're going to try something from the Environ Skincare Original Range, try this balancing masque. It's a two in one product that can be used to exfoliate your skin or as an overnight, hydration mask! The results can be seen immediately, my skin glows after every single use. You can feel the difference in your skin after just applying the pre-cleanser and the balancing masque and it has definitely contributed to a more even skin tone. If your budget is tight, I would definitely purchase the Balancing Masque and the Environ Cleanser as a start to more beautiful skin!

The balancing masque works both as a gentle exfoliator as well as an overnight mask. My favourite way to use it? As an overnight mask! Once a week I apply a thin layer on my face right before bed, then in be morning I wash it off followed by the Environ Skin Care toner, debut moisturiser as well as the firming eye gel. My skin wakes up feeling so soft and supple. Especially good when you feel your skin needs that extra TLC :)
