Golden goddess Blake Lively is known for her gorgeous golden locks! The Gossip Girl actress has long flowing blonde hair that never fails to turn heads! Her hairstylist has been shaking things up for her tresses and given Blake a hot new hair look for the red carpet!

Rod Ortega, her hairstylist, gave Blake a glam and very elegant chignon which is a hot look for those wintery nights

Here’s how to create Blake’s chic chignon look….

1 ) Wash your locks with a super-rich moisturizing shampoo and conditioner so it looks glossy and glam

2 ) Towels dry your hair and then apply some hair serum onto the ends

3) Blow dry hair on a low heat with a flat brush

4) Separate your locks into sections and straighten a few locks of hair using a hair straighter, bending up at tips of the hair

5) After separating your hair into sections create a side parting so that the front is tightly slicked down

6) Tightly pull hair back into low pony and spray tail with dry shampoo to create an easy workable texture- hair that is too silky won’t work!

7) Tuck pieces of hair into the base of the ponytail one small section after another, anchoring the hair into the elastic band using bobby pins to hold the ‘do’ securely

8) Spray some hairspray over the style to hold it in place for a big night out on the town!
