Makeup eyeliner is a gal’s best friend- it brings out your peepers and can provide instant glam appeal but it’s important to know how to apply eyeliner properly so you don’t end up with panda, rock chick eyes!
Follow These Four Easy Steps for perfectly penciled peepers…

Dark eye pencil, sharpener, matching eye shadow, shadow brush and mascara.
Step one: Get sharp: Sharpen your eye pencil so that it is in tip top condition. To guarantee a clean application, sharpen your black eye pencil every time you use it and by keeping it sharp it will help eliminate any accumulated bacteria which you don’t want in your eyes!
Step two: Get drawing: Make a dotted line from the outer corner of your eye inwards then put the index finger of your non-dominant hand on the outer corner of your upper eyelid. With the eye closed, gently pull the lid tightly across. Starting at the outer corner of your upper eyelid and working toward the inner corner, use your pencil to draw small, light dots, as close to the lashes as you can, creating a thin dotted line all the way across the top of the lash line.
Step three: Connect the dots: Dip a small eye shadow brush into a shadow that matches your pencil; tap off any excess. Sweep the colour across the dotted line, blending it with the brush to blur and soften the dots for a solid clean line.
Step four: Bottoms up: Sweep any colour that’s left on your brush onto the lower lid, just below the lashes. Start at the outer corner of the eye and work the shadow inward toward the middle of the eye, stopping a little less than halfway across the lower lash line.
Tips: Gals with blue or green eyes should use variations of blue and green eyeliners to bring out their gorgeous colours and brown eyed gals try a purple based colour. If you want to look more awake line the corner of your eyes with white eyeliner- it will brighten up your eyes in a flash.
Finish off the look with some makeup mascara and voila… perfect peepers!
