Far Away is a strong, pervasive floriental with very good staying power. Spray it on and it will last all day. It's very distinct; nothing else smells quite like it, although there are some fragrances in the same ballpark. It's soft and powdery at the same time as being strong and aggressive. The vanilla and floral notes blend together with a dash of tropical creaminess. There is something about the way Far Away smells that reminds me a bit of scented tissue, but I don't mean that in a negative way -- it's just very "feminine" smelling. If you spray on too much of this, it can be heady and headache inducing, and it's the type of scent I would not wear on a long car ride with the windows closed. This scent has many flankers, but I've tried most of them and I find the original to be the best and most cohesive fragrance. Even though it's inexpensive, it doesn't smell cheap and it's definitely not light or watered down. Powerful stuff
