I was very excited to try out this new Avon Mega Effects mascara and was unusually surprised with the results. When you look at it, it doesn’t look like your typical mascara – the packaging is innovative, cool and practical. To apply it, I had to remove the cap and then take the mascara out of its container. The smell is not aggressive and the texture is not too dense and creamy, but more light and watery I find it lifts, curls and adds volume to every lash I have. The design is different and I need a little more practice using the wand especially trying to coat my tiny bottom lashes with it. It lasts all day and doesn't come off until I use my eye makeup remover. The best thing about this mascara is that you can put it in the smallest of purses or beauty bags and it is ideal for travelling.
