Avon Ultra glazewear absolute lipgloss SPF15

I love this lip gloss because it doesn't leave my lips sticky which is the reason I normally avoid glosses.

I use the shade "nourishing nude"which matches most skin tones perfectly and looks very natural and fresh.

Its perfect for everyday wear and when you don't want to wear a lot of heavy make-up but still want to look polished.

Only negative is that you have to reapply after food or drink (but that is common with most glosses). I also lick my lips throughout the day so I have to apply is even more so than others but it doesn't have a horrible taste, so that's a plus for me!

Just started using this Lipgloss and I'm very impressed I must say. You don't even need to keep on applying, stays on like magic.

I have never been a fan of lip gloss purely because all of them aways left me sticky and as if it were all over my face and hair.

I decided to give this a shot after all the reviews on BB and I have to say that I am quite impressed.
There's a wide variety of colours to compliment every skin tone .
The consistency is just right amd is not sticky at all.
I like that it sits on your lips and adds moisture and flawless color . This doesn't dry out my lips and doesn't get all over my face and hair.
It's light weight but not as long lasting as I would like it to be . I don't mind reapplying as the texture is so soft and comfortable.

I'm actually not a really big fan of Lipgloss. But this one wasn't too bad.

I purchased this one along with my Pink Renewal Lipstick.

It is also a really light pink lipgloss.

What I liked about this lipstick is the fact that it wasn't that sticky, but more moisturising and glossy.

It gave me a natural shine and didn't go too far with the bling.

If you're like me and you're not a big fan of Lipgloss, but want to try one out, I would recommend giving this one a go.

Okay so I got my first ever Ultra Glazewear 2 years ago and it was the best then in February I bought myself another set of three (special of the month and really it was) and haven't looked back since.
This lip gloss leaves my lips very soft and glossy and I don't need to constantly re-apply the gloss like most brands out there. It nourishes my lips and it smells great as well, a plus for my husband when he kisses my lips lol.

The nude color is great for all skin tones and my friend probably uses more then I do because she asks for it all the time.
this truly is a good buy and a little goes a long way as my first one finished after like 6 months if I remember correctly.

I bought three of these this month, and luv the feeling of these lipgloss as it's not sticky! My favourite colour is the nude muse. I absolutely love it!

I only have 1 of these, but I adore it! I have the colour "plum pretty" and it is gorgeous. It is so pigmented for a lipgloss, so comfortable on the lips and not sticky at all. I love it!

Gives a tingly feeling on your lips when you first apply.
It stays on for a very long time, even after drinking/eating.

I bought the Avon glazewear absolute lipgloss in pure poppy, its my essential everyday handbag must have. Its very moisturizing for my lips, its not sticky at all. It lasts very long, I only take it off when I'm eating otherwise it stays on for long. Really love it, and would recommend it. Quite a lovely and moisturising gloss that may not last as long as other glosses I use but I still like it ,especially the raspberry shade. The color is so rich and attractive ,it's really very complimenting.. I didn't find it to be sticky or heavy which is a huge plus. I will definitely try other colors .

I really like this lipgloss. I bought a few shades and actually wear them because I find that they are not sticky whatsoever, which is a real score for me as I hate sticky things on my lips. While the colour is not going to stay put and last for hours, it has a decent wear time and looks great while it is on. There is such a large variety of colours to choose from, which is also something I love, and I promise that there will be a shade for everyone. I also like the simple packaging, it is such a great little thing to have in your bag!

These two products were both great. The pink isnt too bright in the lipstick and the gloss has more of a tint of pink, which i really enjoy because its subtle, less is more! The lipstick and lip gloss are both long lasting with one application, they make your lips feel silky smooth and all around a very enjoyable brand for lips! 10/10 and a new addition to my purse makeup collection :D

I was away for 10 weeks and got home to a lovely Avon surprise! The new Avon lipstick in Pink Renewal and the lipgloss in Renewing Rose.

The lipstick is quite moisturising which is great because after 10 weeks in Joburg my lips were practically falling off! It feels like a lip balm when you apply it and I absolutely love the colour! Perfect when you just want a hint of colour on your lips for those "little to no make up" days. The only problem I have with this lipstick is that it's not long-lasting at all. I had to re-apply it constantly. (Not ideal for someone who puts it on in the morning and then forgets about her lips for hours on end.)

The lipgloss also isn't very long-lasting and has a slight sticky consistency. It glides on easy though and feels great on. Again, a very subtle colour which I love.

I usex the 2 products together as well. A light coat of gloss over the lipstick made it last bit longer as well.

All in all, really nice product if you're not looking for a long-lasting lip colour.

I tried the AVON ultra colour lipstick and Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lipgloss SPF 15 for the first time.

I received the lipstick in the "Pure Orchid" colour and I absolutely loved it. Its the colour that I would have chosen for myself, as it suits my complection.

I loved the fact that the lipstick glided on smoothly and didn't have that odd 'castor oil' smell and taste to it!

The lipstick gives a lovely gloss to the lips and keeps the lips well moisturized. My lips were feeling quite dry, due to a heavy flu, and lots of antihistimines, with my lips peeling. I liked the fact that the lipstick did not enhance the flakiness of my lips and the best part is that unlike other lipsticks in darker shades, this one did NOT 'bleed', the only con,if I can even call it that, is that its not a lipstick you can apply and forget about, its not a long lasting lipstick and needs to be touched up regularly, especially after eating or drinking, the other plus, is that is removes easily without leaving a tint on the lips.

I received the Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lipgloss SPF 15 in the "Heavenly Honey" colour. Not a colour I would have chosen for myself, as I would have found it abit too pale for my skin tone, However, am I glad I received this colour, as I love it.
It is perfect to apply on its own for a really nice natural look, or over lipstick to add a glamourous shine to the lips. This lipgloss also applies easily and doesnot leave a thick heavy feeling on the lips, my little girl loves it too.

The Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip gloss in Creamy Coral is a sheer, fruity smelling lip gloss with just enough stick to make it last on the lips. I love the fruity scent and the comfortable wear of the product. The colour in the tube is a creamy pastel coral and translates into a glossy almost clear colour on my lips. This lip gloss looks stunning paired with the Avon Ultra Colour Absolute Lipstick for a summery pout.

I received this parcel from BB which included Avon's Ultra colour absolute lipstick SPF 15 & Ultra glazewear absolute lipgloss SPF 15.

To start with, I loved the colour (a Light pink). And it was just amazing. It really have a sort of Natural look aswell.

The pink renewal lipstick and renewing rose lipgloss goes perfectly together and it stays on for long. It is definitely worth every cent. I haven't come across any lipgloss/lipstick that has this amazing quality.

Would definitely prefer this product before any other.

I was very excited to be chosen to review these products for BB. It took a while to get to me via Post office. I tried the lip gloss 1st and I have to say that I really like the texture of this gloss. It isn't thick and sticky like some other glosses out there. The colour I got is Heavenly Honey and is a lovely nude colour, which I quite like.

The lipstick is also very nice. It feels like you're applying a lip balm which is great for this time of year when my lips tend to dry out a lot. The only thing I didn't like was the colour. Pink renewal just didn't look right on me. I will be passing this on to my sister who loves lighter pink shades. The pink packaging is pretty and I will definitely buy this again but maybe in a darker shade.

I am very pleased with this lipstick and lipgloss BB sent me to review.I was only able to get it from the post office one week ago,so im just meeting the deadline! I though i should try it for 1 week before saying what I think.

I was firstly surprised by the pretty pink packaging and I was crossing fingers the BB ladies chose the right colour for me and season appropriate.On my first glance at this pretty and feminine dark pink called "pure orchid" it was love at first sight!
I personally love wearing dark lipstick colours in colder months as fashion starts to become more season like. I think this colour really suits my skin and makes a beautiful contrast with my blonde ombre hair.

I think it has an edge and for sure goes well with all types of clothes for day and night.

It also lasts reasonably long.

The ultra glazewear absolute lipgloss came in "renewing rose" which is a perfect match for the lipstick.It just brings more shine and glamour to it.

In days I'm feeling like a pop of colour but not shine,I used the lipstick only.
For nights I used the lipgloss on top.

I received the Avon lipstick in the shade of pure orchid. It's a moisturizing lipstick with intense colour. I used this lipstick on a bride who wanted just pink for her makeup. I filled in her lips with a lip brush. Then dotted on a bit of the gloss over for added glam. The end result was beautiful. The lip colour brought the whole look together. The quality and texture the product is good making application a breeze. The colour in the tube and on application is the same. Personally I found the lipstick ideal for the cold winter months as it's creamy texture kept my lips soft and embalmed

so today i a only using the glazewear with my casual look - must say i like it so lite on the lips and it feels fantastic - a must for the purse!

I received the Natural Flush colour lipstick together with the Heavenly Honey Lip-gloss and couldn't be more pleased as these colours really go well together. If you are going for the natural nude look then this is the perfect combination colours. I am an Indian woman and really fussy with the make-up colours I use.I love the lip-gloss as it isn't sticky and does not feel heavy. After applying the lip-gloss over the lipstick onto my lips, my lips feel fuller and it seems the lines on my lips are filled in giving my lips an even finished look. Not sure if the other reviewers noticed this too? It is a lovely product that stays in place for a long time, its moist and makes my lips feel soft and sexy.

SO i just fetched my package from the post office which i was sooo eagerly awaiting.
colours not my choice but i still tried them and wow the lipstick texture just so smooth and "soft" - the lip glaze even better lighter and not thick on the lips and the best part it does stay for a long while no residue- will try again tomorrow and see the effectiveness again. cheerio

I've used nourishing nude and renewing rose! Soft , natural moisturing colours that are wearable for any age group! I'm not one for a natural appearing lipstick : my lipstick is usually bold, matte n long lasting! These lipglosses enabled me to soften my long wear lipstick by wearing them ontop! As winter n dry skin approaches my long wear has felt dry n rolls off in parts because my lips are so dry! This is pleasant to use, non sticky, not tremendously long lasting and does require reapplication but so wearable n for someone who only utilises lipstick the soft natural appearance of these colours has made me have a rethink about my lipstick choices! Tremendous value for money on promotion and you would definitely buy more than one!

I had recieved the Avon ultra color absolute lipstick in the colour "Pink Renewal" and the lipgloss in the colour "Heavenly Honey". To start off I was totally impressed with the packaging of both the lipgloss and lipstick, they were both so sleek and elegant that i was impressed right away. I LOVED the way the lipstick felt while applying it, it was so smooth and glided on perfecly, better than some of my extremely expensive lipsticks had felt whilst applying. The colour Pink Renewal was an extremely light pink colour that had a bit of a milky look to it, almost like strawberry milkshake on my lips and I was wowed by the pigmentation. Even though it had no claims to be long lasting, it had lasted for a good few hours even after having a bite to eat which i found completely wonderful.
The lip gloss amazed me as well. It was not sticky at all, a trait I usually hate on lip glosses and I was impressed by the colour on me. It was a nudey brown and I was extremely excited about it as i was looking for a colour like this.
After applying and testing both the lip gloss and lip stick individually, my lips were super smooth and kissable. All in all, i was IN LOVE with these 2 products I had received as they had lived up to their claim and i can't wait to buy more colours in this range!

I had the opportunity to try two Ultra Colour Absolute Lipglosses, namely the Nourishing Nude and the Pure Poppy. The colours are just divine for my skin tone. The gloss stays long with a shine even though I felt it got a bit sticky as it started wearing off. Wearing them made my face have a glow.

Ladies ladies and all you lips lovers, I received the Avon absolute ultra wear lipstick (Pure Orchid) with SPF15 and Ultra Glazewear (Radiant Red - lip gloss) with SPF15 and Vit E Omega 3 to review. And all I have to say is Wow-Wowlipcious both products are awesome and feels so great on my lips, not only do they have a great smell but they also keep my lips moisturized.

Both are not your typical lipstick and lip gloss that makes your lips feeling dry and oily, the fresh thing about them is the SPF15 and perfect moisturizer and vibrant colour with a great scented and sheer. They take your lips from dull to pouty and glam. boosting and flourishing your lips with a healthy colorful shine and moisture.

Personally both the radiant red and pure orchid colours are perfect through out all seasons, matches with whatever I am wearing and gives my lips that celebrity feel. Friends and family have complimented my lips and just how my face glows. (quickly checks if they both are inside my bag, what a relieve.

My advice to all you ladies if you dnt have it go Get It - Both have a lasting stay on your lips no need to keep re-applying every second. Definitely must haves

I received the Ultra Wear lipstick and lipgloss and i was super impressed with the packaging. both tubes are well-constructed and do not have the 'cheap' feeling that most avon products seem to have.
it was already the end of the day when i went by the post office to pick up my package and i immediately applied the lipstick (pure orchid) on my way home. the lipstick glides on smoothly and the colour seems to go well with my complexion. I liked it. i also liked that it's not too shiny (my lips are too thick for that) nor is it true matte (most matte lipsticks dry out my lips). when i got home, after drinking some juice from a bottle on the way, the lipstick had not budged and i was happy with it.
The next morning i applied the lipstick again with gloss (blushing rose) over it. the combination looked great on me with a good sheen to it. i don't normally like wearing lipgloss because the stickiness annoys me, but this lipgloss is not sticky at all and gives a nice shine without looking juvenile. however I noticed during the day that my lips began chapping but i paid no mind to it. the day after, i wore the lipgloss on its own without lipstick underneath. it also glides on smoothly and still without any stickiness to it. it gave a nice tint to my lips, a bit of shine with a hint of pink, i quite liked it.
however, by the end of the day my lips were chapped again and that i did NOT like. that is the only con to these two products: nice colours and long-lasting but my lips reacted badly to them and ended up chapped and peeling. i gave it a few days and tried both products again over several more days, wearing them together and separately. each time i did, my lips would be chapped and peeling by the end of the day, despite taking care to reapply and even if i applied my lipbalm underneath and over the lipstick if when i wasn't wearing the gloss. while i love the colours and the consistency, chapped lips are not a cute look and i've had to put both these products away, which made me sad because i quite liked the colours.

I was really excited when I received the new Avon lippies. I was pleasantly surprized too. The lipstick in Natural Flush is a lovely nude shade that can be worn with anything. It lasts quite long and my lips feel moisturised and soft the whole time I was wearing it. Same goes for the Ultra Glazewear Absolute in soft peach. I actually combined the two at times and they make a great combo. Apart from all of that, both of these lippies smell amazing too! Definitely a great buy.

The title is 'Easy lipgloss-ing' because it really is easy! Easy to carry. Easy to put on. Easy to look great in one easy swipe of the magic colour wand.

I got to review Radiant Red and Pure Poppy lip glosses. For someone who, like me, is not big on make-up but does want their lips looking good at all times this is the perfect lip gloss. I loved the Pure Poppy the best. It was the best shade of pink and suited my skin tone the best.

The lip gloss fits into any pocket so it is ideal to carry in your pocket if you do not want to carry any bags. As a student I do not want to keep digging in my bag looking for something for my lips so this fit right into my pocket. Brilliant! Easy to find!

The lip gloss does not leave any sticky residue like most lip glosses. No need to use any base lip balm to because this lip gloss has all the moisture you need.

The package is very cute. The colour you see is the colour you get. I loved the silver caps. Adds a little sophistication we all know Avon has.

This will be my lip gloss of choice from now on. It is very easy to love!

I was excited to try this out when I received it and true to its name, it's non-sticky and so shiny!
I loved the colour, it wasn't too bright or too light... it was just perfect.

I wore it out to a party and was amazed at how long it lasted... I only re-touched once! (And that was after a drink had messed it up.)

I also loved the the way it was smooth and light, not heavy at all. By far the BEST lipgloss I've ever used! Thanks Avon for making such a brilliant product for us girls.

It has a good smell.
It feels good on the lips it is smooth and gentle on the lips.

The packing is just amazing,you can also just slide it in your pocket.
It is not messy.

But I just don't like the way it looks on the lips,I looks like one of those cheap lipglosses.

But all in all as a product it is spot on.
if I were to rate it I'd give it 7/10.

No, I say. Lipstick is not your thing - this I've often said to myself. I had totally lost faith on coloured lips. All I cared about was moisturizer lips. I was a lip-balm only kinda girl. Thanx to Beauty Bulletin for giving me hope on mousturised AND coloured lips. Firstly, I thank the colour-gods for sending me an amazing colour to review. The Avon Ultra Wear in Pure Orchid was the best match for my skin-tone (viva yellow bone!). It's a double pleaser with both the suppleness and colour it provides for my lips. So much so that my mom wants one for herself! Whoever said true beauty secrets can't be shared? I suppose this is how products are carried through from generation to generation? This long lasting lipstick is everything.

On the other hand, the Glaze wear Lipgloss was not such a hit for me. It's light on the lips, and perhaps that's why it doesn't provide cover and colour for an extended period of time. Maybe it had to do with my excessive water drinking through out the the 3-4 hours I've had it on? Nonetheless, it feels good on the lips. Doesn't itch or have cheap-like lipgloss attributes. I would recommend it for a glossy, light colour effect.

A while ago I received the Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip Gloss in two shades, Creamy Coral and A Smooth Berry/Wine/Plum colour.

Firstly, I've been drawn into the whole Verry Berry Lip trend with the darker shades, and I was just about to pop by my local cosmetics counter to pick up a darker shade by M.A.C, and to my surprise along comes these wonderful products in the mail.

The Creamy Coral Lip Colour is my fave despite the love of darker shades, I love that I can wear this colour practically anywhere without it looking outstanding or out of place, it fits perfectly with my slightly fair skin tone and I love that it sticks to its colour tone, creamy. It has a luxurious and soft feel to it after applying, it doesn't taste bad either (since I'm ALWAYS licking my lips out of habit). What I loved the most though was the sheer effect it has, without any unwanted glitter, this lip colour was a pleasure to review and I find myself grabbing my Avon Ultra Glazewear every morning before leaving for work!

Berry/Wine/Plum Lip colour, this shade was such a fun experiment to try out! I actually went out one night with my girlfriends and about a dozen girls stopped me to ask about the colour itself. As this chic and statement colour is now making the rounds in fashion circles, runways and editorial shoots,I wanted to get some the action too! It has a glamorous look and feel to it, the only downside was probably the fact that it smudged quite often, especially after having drinks with the girls, I found myself having to re-apply it every 40 minutes, so in my opinion the long lasting colour lacked in that regard. Overall, I love the shade, but I will definitely be seeking a lipstick in the same colour as I prefer the matt look especially when out on a date!

Well done Avon!!! It is definitely an improvement from your previous Glazewear range. Find this product through Avon Consultants Nationwide girls! R89.90 for any two colours!!! Such a bargain!

I was super stoked when I got chosen as one of the ladies to review Avon's new lipgloss and lipsticks, so here's my first review on the lipgloss. The color I got was Renewing Rose, and I absolutely love it! Applying it was a breeze, and the gloss isn't sticky at all, something I can rave on about forever, cause there is nothing more irritating than a sticky gloss, right? I even felt it moisturize my lips when I applied it. So far it was great, but I decided to put it to the ultimate test. How long will it stay on my lips? I applied it this morning before my hour run on the treadmill and after I was done sweat was dripping down my face, but the lipgloss? Still looking perfectly in place on my lips (and probably the only thing that looked good at the moment). I am obsessed with the gloss right now, and I'm wearing it as I'm typing this. A definite must have for any woman! So happy I got the chance of reviewing it! :)

I received two lipglosses ro review this month. The one in a soft pink shade, Creamy Coral andthe other a rich deep shade, Luminous Wine.

I was excited to receive both shades. the pink is light and can be worn everyday while the wine coloured one is richer which is perfect for winter.

im personally not a fan of lipglosses because its short wearing and it smudges, so one have to reapply quite often. I suppose it would work better when applied on top of a similar lipstick shade.

overall, its non sticky and very glossy so it works well ro brighten up your look.

Its smells good & I also realized that it tastes good,I honestly lick it from my mouth #hides

It feels lighter and silky,the texture is just out of this world. It also doesn't wear out,you can wear it for hours.

I fell even more inlove with it when I saw the packaging,awesome pink girly kinda packaging AWESOME!!

The lipstick is such a value for money.
It makes lips glow,they look sexier & shiney,also keeps lips healthy.
YOU BEAT TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE: good looking lips & also keeping them healthy.
You don't need to apply petrolium jelly to make it look shiney,it glitters on its own.

If you won't have one of these in your bag,well I suppose you still living in the 1800's.

So it's been a week since I received and have been using the Avon Ultra Glaze Absolute Lipgloss *PurePoppy* and the Avon Ultra Wear lipstick *PureOrchid* Thank You Beuty Bulletin

I wasn't too exited when I realised what colours I got, because I'm not into colour when it comes to my lips it just NEVER looks good on my dark skin shade. But nonetheless I was going to try these two products out...

The lipstick was in Pure Orchid I put it on for the first time and I loved how moist it was on my dry lips kept my lips soft for about an hour and when I was re-applying I realised that the colour was still there. I loved that because the ordinary lipsticks tend to fade out leaving chipped, cracked pieces of colour on my lips. It also wasn't very heavy on my lips but made them look and feel bolder. The downside of it was having to re-apply constantly to keep the moist feeling there. But that definatly won't keep me away from trying out new colours and using it more often. And the smell just made me want to re- apply all the time.

And the Absolute Ultra Glaze Wear lip gloss was my favourite wasn't too sticky I could put my lips together and separate them without feeling like I had some kind of glue on them. The colour faded quicker but I was happy cause the shine and moisture was still there and I didn't have to re-apply as much as I thought I would. It's exactly what I look for when I buy Lipgloss.

I was so impressed by these two products I would actually trade what I'm using now for them! Oh and the Colours were PERFECT for my skin shade :)

I was thrilled to be selected to review Avon’s Absolute Ultra Wear Lipstick SPF15 and Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip Gloss SPF15.

To start, I must say that I love the hot-pink and silver packaging. It really does make you feel like you’re pampering or treating yourself when you can take out a beautiful, feminine looking lipstick to apply. The products look very premium and I really want to complement Avon upfront for the glamorous selection of packaging for these new products.

Avon’s new lip range combines glamorous colour with nourishing care. I loved the feeling of the Absolute Ultra Wear Lipstick on my lips. The product really did feel very hydrating and nourishing – which I enjoyed. I received the ‘Natural Flush’ colour to trial. Unfortunately, against my pale complexion, I looked quite washed-out and pasty. So the colour wasn’t right for my personal skin complexion. I’d love to try one of Avon’s brighter shades! But my lips did look fuller and felt smooth and cared for.

I absolutely LOVED the Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip Gloss! I received the ‘Pure Poppy’ colour. I loved the effect achieved when applying the lip gloss over the lipstick. The colour and shine was beautiful and my lips looked full & glossy. This lip gloss is not at all sticky which I was thrilled about. It feels really lovely on your lips. The ‘Pure Poppy’ pink gives an awesome pop of colour. I was so impressed!

I was extremely excited when I received my Avon Ultra Glazewear lipglosses in two shades. Firstly, the colours were perfect for me. Soft, subtle tones that are perfect for daywear. In addition, I was impressed by how smooth the application is. Usually (with me at least), you know you're wearing lipgloss because you can feel it on your lips - and it's usually very sticky. With Avon's new lipglosses, I barely even knew I was wearing it, because it glided on and wasn't heavy at all. To top it all off: the lipgloss has an SPF and actually moisturises lips, which is brilliant for me now that winter is approaching. All in all, I'd have to say that this is my new favourite lipgloss.

I was so excited when I received the glazewear to review. I immediately applied it. My lips instantly felt soft and yummy. The softness lasted for a long time even after the glazewear had worn off. And with this change of season it good to wear a product that keeps your lips feeling conditioned. The application was nice not sticky at all. My lips did not also feel sticky even after a second or third application. I liked the colour heavenly honey as it is nude glaze and works well when you want "overdress" your eyes which I love to do.

If you looking for a lipgloss that will moisturize as you wear it and give you the added moisturize when reapplying I would definitely recommend this product. But if you are looking for a lipgloss that is going to give you intense colour and moisturize then I would not recommend, hence the name glazewear.

Overall I liked the product as well as the packaging. It feels like the top is clicking when you open and close it, which is great for ladies on the move. You can keep it in your bag knowing it will not ope accidentally and spill in your bag or get full of "bag fluff". It is a good price and always be on look out for special introductory prices or promotions.

I was lucky enough to be part of the Avon group to receive the lip gloss and lipstick. i got the lip gloss in radiant red and lipstick in lovely Fuchsia.

The excitement i got when i received these 2 babies :-) i still get excited by looking at them.

The packaging is for the lipstick is playful and bright, like the lip colour i got. The lipstick smell gorgeous and the colour pay off is okay. nothing to ground breaking or anything. but i still love the fuchsia for days when i feel full of life and it works well. my lips are well moisturized and left soft. For me the i go for the lipstick any day. For the price it is also worth buying.
The lipgloss on the other hand is also great but i am not a lip gloss person although i love the predecessor in mauve movement and that lip gloss will save the nation one day. i actually have 3 and Mauve movement is my absolute favourite. most trusted actually. I love red lips but i did not really get best pay off from this lipgloss, but is works beautifully as a top coat to my deep red lipstick for when i go out. i also tried to make my own colour by combing the lipstick and the lipgloss and loved what came out and plan to wear it like that sometimes.

All in all i would def buy the lipsticks, the lip gloss? probably not. not because it is not good but because i do not really like a shiny red lip.

I received Absolute Ultra Wear lipstick in Fresh Fig and Ultra Glazewear Absolute lipgloss in luminous wine. I really wanted to be as bowled a way by these as I am by Avon's Eye make-up and hair products that I am ADDICTED to... I was particularly interested in the nourishing claims for this product. I have VERY dry lips and every bit of of nourishment helps.

To be entirely honest the first time I used, especially the lipstick, I hated it. However, I have come to have a strange love/hate relationship with it. I'm more of a fan of the lipgloss.

What I Loved
- The texture. Really light, which is a big plus for me, I don't like feeling coated in makeup
- The colour. I know the product promises a huge colour payoff. Not true. But it's one of the things I liked. Maybe it's just the shade I got but I found the colour, while well pigmented, to be quite sheer. It's a great lippie for when you just have time for a quick swipe but still want it to look neat. Very ladylike.
- The sheen. A lil shine but not obnoxious

What I didn't like
- The texture. It slid off my lips really quickly. would've loved more staying power
- I found it quite drying. Right when you apply, it DOES feel nourishing but it soon deteriorates and starts feeling dry, and because the colour slips and fades so quickly adding balm is not the best idea

Ultra Glazewear Absolute lipgloss

What I loved
The colour pay-off. Way better than the lipstick.
GREAT gloss. Really pretty and shiny but not that weird cheap looking shine. This gloss looks like you spent some good money
As far as glosses go this one lasted quite well. I found it lasted better than the lipstick

What I didn't like?
The texture. Really thick and gloopy. It's a problem because you REALLY need to have a mirror to apply this one well and I prefer to be able to quickly reapply my gloss on the go. But this comes down to personal preference.

I'll be buying the lipgloss again. The lipstick, I'll pass on

Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lipgloss is awesome, I was lucky enough to review the one called "Renewing rose". It is claimed to have SPF15, my knowledge of such is little, but the truth about this lipgloss is that its amazing. I found that it has a neutral soft smell, so you don't feel the sensation to eat it or lick it from your lips.

It matches any skin colour really, (my friend forced me to let her have test it, I therefore no more carry it at close proximity to her), I have a caramel, though Ethnic skin tone and it looks nice. It is sophisticated, simply by the way it is packaged "dip-stick" and when you apply, unless you have humongous lips, only have to use it once, I use it twice nonetheless...its soft. I hope that I mentioned that its not sticky on the lips so you do not have to worry about your hair getting stuck on your lips.

This range is suitable for anyone really, because it doesn't scream at all.

Tho downside is that you have to apply it frequently, but its okay, it is called "lipgloss" and not "lipstick". I will definitely buy it when this one is finished. Good product by Avon. :)

This is an amazing Lipgloss, which you can wear with or without lip colour. It sculpts lips into a high shine lacquer finish and it won’t bleed. I was blessed with radiant red and pink, and I cannot remember the name for the pink colour, cause my daughter made it hers. She wears it without a colour, and she says it has a very mild scent that reminds her of cupcakes and she loves cupcakes. Avon Lipgloss is soft on your lips, it nourishes your lips and it lasts longer than other lipglosses i tried before.

Wow, when I received my Ultra Wear Lipstick and Lipgloss I was a bit weary as I do not usually wear lipstick, but when I tried them I was truly amazed. Not only is the lipstick nice and soft on your lips, it nourishes your lips while you wear it. The nice thing too is that you can decide to wear the lipstick on its own or have some lipgloss over it which ends up giving it that ultra soft, smooth and sexy look.

The bonus for me was to get it in pink as I love pink, but I know any colour will look absolutely gorgeous as this product is one of the nicest lip products out there right now.

I tried different looks by either wearing the lipstick on its own or the lipgloss and then by putting them together as well.

The lipgloss is just as amazing as, to me, it even has a nice smell when you put it on and stays on for quite a while. It does not go all funny like I find some lipglosses do and I absolutely love it.

The fact that both the lipstick and the lipgloss have a SPF in it is even more amazing as now I know that my lips will be protected everywhere I go when wearing it during the day and being out-and-about.

Avon has done another excellent job by making yet another excellent product for us to use... Well done!!!!
