The product does it's job and doesn't dry out my curls like the original one but it does also leave a dark residue on my hands. I don't think the colour effect was effective on my hair. I didn't see a difference, not sure why, my hair may possibly be too dark already. I would Still recommend the product to someone who's hair is slightly lighter than mine. It would also be nice if it gave some extra shine to the colour.
