I have been using the bio oil skin gel for the past 7 days. From the first day of using it, I felt different, good different, my skin was glowy and felt moisturized but I thought it was because it was my first day or the excitement. I suffer from dry skin, especially my legs.
Since I have been using the gel, I can totally relax the whole day and not worry if my knees are not dry or if my legs do not look ashy. If I apply it in the morning, rest assured, it will last the whole day. When I run my fingers through my legs just to feel them, I am always in disbelief that I am still shining and my skin moist. I have started recommending it to anyone who wants to have their confidence in their skin back through skin that looks good, radiant and moisturized.

I love and i am addicted to the Bio Oil Dry Skin Gel. It has helped me so much now in winter. It helps fight dry skin and the thick content literally protects me from the cold. It has a weird smell but i love it personally.

I absolutely loved this product. It really helped for my skin, which is much dryer now that the season is changing.
However, it did make my hands feel a little sticky but I didn't mind it too much.
I used it on my face at night and it lightened my dark marks and pigmentation.. I have combo to oily skin and it didn't have any negative affect on my skin.

This gel comes in a 50ml, 100ml and 200ml plastic tub container. The container is user friendly with a flip lid which is easy to open and to access the product. The gel has a pink colour tint to it and it looks like a see through gel. The tub has the products name written on the outside and all the usual information along with it.

The gel has a general gel-like feel to it. Its got a touch of an oily feeling to it but does not make the skin feel oily when applying. A tiny pea size goes a very long way and makes the skin feel absolutely amazing! One pea size can cover my one entire leg.

Being a dry skin sufferer I can honestly say I am obsessed with this product! From having to apply creams and lotions to my skin more than once a day, to NOT look somewhat like a scaly fish, I now have to apply this gel once and night and my skin looks amazing! It is so moisturised, energised and looks so healthy.
I suffer so badly from dry skin that my skin tends to itch so badly that I would end up scratching all the skin off and end up with massive bruises. This gel brings instant relief to my skin.

It’s very rare to see the effectiveness of a product from the first day , but you know what The bio oil dry skin gel did just that .

I was first introduced to the Bio-Oil Gel last month by Beauty Bulletin and I am pleased to say that I absolutely love what I've been using. My recent move to Johannesburg has been harsh on my skin and especially during these Joburg winter days, my skin has become more dry! The Bio Oil gel definitely lived up to my expectations. I have officially converted and this is in my daily routine. I always keep a 50ml tub with me in my bag because I cannot do without it throughout the day. I've been using the @biooil_za Dry Skin Gel for the past few weeks and I'm absolutely loving it. Our skin is waterproof and most creams are water based that's why the moisture doesn't last long! This gel is oil based and 100% active, as you can see my skin is moisturized and GLOWWWWWING.
A little bit goes a long way with the gel, plus the little I use lasts all day, meaning the product will last for a while before I have to purchase another one so it's super cost effective. I'm sold. 10/10.

I really loved the product! I suffer from bouts of eczema during winter and I dread it everywhere. This year however, I was able to test out the Bio-Oil dry skin gel and it has really made a difference in the way in which my skin feels.
The product is very potent so a little does go a long way - I accidentally slathered it on at the start of my trial and it left me feeling a little uncomfortable. However, if you use a little, it absorbs in super quickly and leaves your skin feeling super moisturized.
The smell has that usual Bio-Oil smell and I love how fresh it smells. The smell doesn't linger which I appreciate.

An inexpensive solution I finally have what I’ve been sear For for awhile now . I remember having to reapply other creams through the day and now i dont have to . I truly loved trying out this product, my skin is always dry in winter and I have tried so many different products before. I loved the fact that it's a gel that melts and it is easily absorbed into my skin. One needs to use only a little amount otherwise it will seem greasy (did that on my face, lol!). I used it all over, for both body and face and it's been working like a charm. I used the 200ml tub and also gave smaller tubs to my friends to try and they enjoyed using the product as well, they said that the small tubs are very convenient!
Overall, I'd definitely encourage anyone who also struggles with dry skin to use it. I loved that it had the usual bio-oil smell however my sister did not like the smell, saying it reminded her of the smell of paraffin so perhaps if you don't like the smell of the oil, this product is not for you.

The product does exactly what it says it will do, restores and moisturises. I have dry/sensitive/eczema prone skin and my skin loves this product and has been way more smooth and supple after I combined this gel with my normal cream.
In my experience, it works better when mixed with a cream, but maybe that is because my skin is drier due to winter.
The product, however did not work on my face - only because the skin on my face is sensitive to fragrance.

We all know Bio-Oil products are mainly for stretch marks, dark marks and so forth but the Bio-oil gel is mainly for dry skin conditions.The one factor that i liked was noticing the glow, something that i did not expect which is a bonus. Most people were hesitant of trying it out with my word-of-mouth conversations but the moment i told them that it is fast absorbing and non-greasy they were willing to try it out. I love when my skin looks hydrated and well moisturized and the Bio-Oil gel did exactly that for me.
Secondly, i also like how it is lightly scented as i don't like how most unscented oils smell like..

I’ve been using the new product, bio oil dry skin gel for almost a month now. I am enjoying the texture, the aromatherapy smell and most importantly love how you don’t have to use much at all. It really is true when they say ‘a little bit goes a long way’. I’m definitely purchasing one before my 200ml runs out, although it seems like it will last me a another month.

After following all the AMAZING reviews on Bio Oil's New Gel I had to go out and purchase it for myself.
It is honestly one of the best tissue oil brands on the market. I am REALLY impressed with this product and the fact that it received so many positive reviews. It's perfect for for Winter, as I apply it right after my shower to keep my skin moisturised and hydrated during the dry Winter months.
I love that it's a gel and it does not come out of the tub like other tissue oils that possibly drip because of its liquid form.

lol background story: i'm not the type of person to use anything moisturizing on my body unless my skin is being shown. (eg. if i'm wearing shorts etc.) BUT the texture and scent of the bio oil gel is so good that i can't stop using it!
It's truly moisturizing and does whatever it claims to do. It's a 10/10 from me. The colour is so pretty and it feels so luxurious. The product is best used on dry heels, elbows and knees. A great product for winter as well. I distributed the 50ml to my friends and family and they absolutely loved it!

I fell inlove with the bio oil dry skin gel first time I saw it,the packaging, the texture, the fragrance and the new colour of it it's not like the old bio oil...this one is jelly and sticky. It worth every cent,I wouldn't mind buying it or recommending it to someone. Bio Oil Dry Skin Gel - effectively restores dry skin 100% I have been using the product for just over 3 weeks and have experienced nothing but amazing results, I am going to purchase my second bottle this week as i will now be using an oil based gel as part of my skin regime due to the amazing experience with Bio Oil Dry Skin gel. I also shared the samples with three friends who reported nothing but great feedback! Bio oil dry skin gel has helped me very much I used to have very dry skin on my legs and I’d get ashy very quickly even though I’ve moisturized,
but bio oil dry skin gel has kept my legs moisturized for longer and I’d advise anyone who has a problem with stubborn dry skin to try it out.

I generally have quite dry skin so I use the oil on my face. This new product was amazing for my body. I was so impressed.
Upon application, it has a gel like texture but it then just melts into the skin like an oil. It's the best! It also is more of a warm gel as opposed to a cooling one. I found the gel actually warming my skin up which is interesting.
It leaves a bit of an oil residue so I'd be careful not to use too much

I was skeptical at first when trying this product. I have gone back and forth over the years using the oil but have never fully committed to the product. Using the dry gel was different, I quite enjoyed the jelly like formula being lightweight and fast-absorbing which didn't leave behind any sticky residue. A small amount really does go a long way. If you are a fan of the smell then you'd be happy to know that the dry gel offers the same pleasant smell. Overall I'm happy with the product and will continue to use it, especially on my dry legs and cuticles during the winter months.

I've been using the Bio Oil Dry Skin Gel for nearly a month now and I absolutely love this product.
I've been battling with dry skin for a while, particularly in the last two months with dry patchy spots on my skin. It really freaked me out because nothing seemed to be working to alleviate the dryness. Then came Bio Oil! Honestly, I've never been so impressed. I saw results in Day 1!
I even gave a 20ml sample to my dad to try and he loved it so much, he asked me where he could buy it. I love it so much that even though I had three extra samples, I wasn't about to give them away for free. "Clicks, dad, I told him".
So glad to have been a part of this campaign. I can't say how much this gel has changed my skin for the better. Thank you Beauty Bulletin for choosing me and thank you Bio Oil for coming up with THE best product on the market for dry skin.

I am so thankful that I got to try out this product! Using other products on my face usually cause break outs so I couldn’t always find a proper moisturizer. My skin loves the bio oil dry skin gel and I use it religiously. My body has a nice glow and my legs aren’t ashy anymore. I love it!
