Bioderma Sebium Global Intensive Purifying Care

This product saved me from acne breakouts. I've had acne since my teens and been through it all. The Sebium Global stopped my acne in its tracks. It's water based product which is strongly recommended for acne prone skin. I have recommended this product to many women.

I have to agree with Chanelle on this one. I also have adult acne mostly on the lower half of my face. I used this product religiously for 2 months and saw no difference. It might possibly help for very mild breakouts, but anything more serious than the odd hormonal breakout is in my opinion not going to see the result they are hoping for.

I am currently using this product together with the Gel Moussant from the same range. I was promised decreased sebum production and less breakouts but I find that I still have daily breakouts and the redness on my skin is still pretty bad. I also find that my skin is quite dry after using this and have to apply a bit more moisturiser.
On the pro side however, my spots are slightly smaller than before and slightly less painful as well.
It works for most women but I think my skin is a little stubborn - not really worth all the money spent!

As a teen and in my early twenties I suffered from severe acne. I only wish I’d known about this product back then! Luckily my skin has semi sorted itself out but during, “that time of the month,” I always experience a pimple of two on my chin and around my mouth. So this product was a total heaven send. The formula is not too thick nor thin and glides onto the skin beautifully. I applied a small amount onto my whole chin area after cleansing my face in the morning and night and waited a few seconds for it to sink in. It absorbed quickly and didn’t leave a film on my skin. I applied my moisturiser as normal and waited for the product to work its magic. And work it, it did! After one day my pimples had reduced significantly without irritating my sensitive skin.
All in all I’m incredibly impressed with this product.
