Another amazing budget buy! If you are into pinky cool toned highlighters - you will love this one.
It is a liquid to powder finish and it sets very fast. You should not try to use this over powder as it will apply very patchy.
I have been mixing this into my foundation and it just gives such a nice glow. It also makes my foundation last so much longer through out the day.
