If you like your eyeshadow staying in place and appearing more pigmented, the Clarins Instant Light Perfecting Base is a worthy investment. Consistency is delightfully creamy and dries to a perfected matte finish. Eyeshadow colours appear more pigmented and on days when I want to skip on colour, this base makes my lids appear brightened and radiant.
