This is a great regular toothbrush. While I don't feel it adds any whitening properties by itself, I think it would work well with the Optic White toothpaste.
As regular toothbrushes go this is a top notch one, I just prefer a sonic or electric toothbrush as I feel my teeth are cleaner and better cared for then.
