I was so disappointed in the Knot-Out conditioner. It is a water-based conditioner with the same smell as the shampoo but it’s just a little faint. The conditioner is not that thick but it is creamy. I applied it to my scalp with a spray bottle and it felt like I’m spraying water on my scalp. The usage directions on the bottle state that you must leave the product on the hair for 5-15 minutes and detangle and rinse. (I’m not sure who detangles while washing their hair, when it’s wet & fragile?) But I won’t be using this product to “deep condition” . It’s not thick enough to coat my thick strands and I can see that it won’t do anything to moisturise my hair. I’ll probably mix it with water to and use it to detangle before wash day.
