Runny lotion with bad effect on sinus

Unfortunately this lotion is super runny. It doesn't moisturize very well. Also when showering the lotion runs off and makes everything slippery even after wearing it all day. The smell is also very pungent therefore messing with my sinuses. After application my eyes and sinus would itch non-stop.
