Dove Advanced Hair Series Pure Care Dry Oil Shampoo

I really enjoyed washing my hair with this shampoo. very foamy and got a thorough squeaky clean wash as well as very moisturizing for my curls.

I tried out the pure care dry oil shampoo for a month,and I was impressed with the results. The shampoo is a gold colour and it really cleansed my hair. I used this shampoo and alternated by using the pure care dry oil mask and conditioner,as well as the nourishing oil treatment conditioner and mask. After using it for the month, I saw a difference in how my hair look and felt. It was softer and had a healthy shine.

Thank you Beauty Bulletin & Dove for blessing me with this heavenly elixir, this shampoo is like liquid gold and I am beyond pleased with my results. This shampoo is infused with macadamia oil, it delivers a rich, luxurious lather and it smells absolutely amazing!

My hair has been through the most, and now that we are in the dry season of winter, my hair was brittle, limp, dry, super thin and a little coarse from all the peroxide & toning, it doesn't even curl anymore. At first, I assumed that this shampoo would leave my hair looking limp and oily due to all the special oils its infused with, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.

After the very first wash, my hair looked so much healthier, it felt super nourished, soft and silky from root to tip, without leaving my hair feeling greasy or weighed down. I tested this shampoo along with the Pure Care Dry Oil Treatment on my mom's hair as well, to see if it works just as well on a much thicker & frizzier strand of hair, and it looks like both of us will be using the Pure Care Dry Oil range for a while.

I am not sure about the rest of you ladies, but do you also experience that dry almost brittle feeling to your hair after you have shampooed?
To my surprise and utmost joy, after shampooing with the Dry Oil Shampoo, my hair felt as if I had already conditioned and treated it. I could detangle it with my fingers before conditioning which is amazing for me as I naturally have curly hair which tends to be knotty and dry.

I am more than impressed with the results from this Shampoo and the Nourishing mask. I've already purchased another set :)

I have naturally dry hair and I am very particular when it comes to the shampoo I use on my hair. I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical about trying the Dove Advanced Hair Series Pure Care Dry Oil Shampoo as I have previously used various brands of oil shampoo having high expectations of course and in turn I've always been left disappointed however After trialing the Dove I found that It gave my hair much needed moisture and left it feeling lively and voluminous . This is without a doubt one of my new favorites.

The packaging is so beautiful, it stands out in the bathroom among the other products.
This shampoo is infused with oil which has been great for my dry natural hair. The macademia oil adds shine and moisture to my hair. My hair doesnt feel greasy but soft and silky. It has also relieved my dry and irritated scalp. It is the product I keep reaching for during wash day. Im loving this product and will repurchase it.

For the 1St time in my life I love a shampoo more than a conditioner, Lol! That is so bizarre. This shampoo left my hair feeling soft and it was not dry at oil so it does some of the conditioner's job. Number two which is also just as bizarre... I had such defined curls after using this shampoo. However, for some reason I developed dandruff which is confusing because as far as I am concerned my hair didn't feel dry after the wash so my scalp shouldn't be dey as well. Or maybe it doesn't work like that. I would still recommended the product because it might just work 100% for you

I loved the packaging. Very elegant and clean.
The product smells amazing. After I did my hair it didn't really smell like anything however after I blow dried and straightened it the smell came through.

Oh my hair also stayed in style and cleaner for much longer then usual. I didn't have to straighten it again after the initial time. That's a huge plus because it saves my hair the heat damage!

How I absolutely love that this shampoo contains macadamia oil. This oil is known for its strengthening and nourishing properties. Not only does it aid in hair loss but it also fights off brittle strands. What's even better is that you know you're also treating your scalp and thereby nourishing your hair follicles. If this alone doesn't get you excited then just know that you're missing out. I absolutely love this shampoo because I can feel that my hair is squeaky clean but at the same time, it doesn't feel like it's been completely stripped of its natural oils. There's nothing worse than feeling like your hair needs a conditioner to feel soft, smooth and restored. This shampoo already does that, this creamy lather goodness provides the hair with enough nourishment to leave it feeling sublimely soft and smooth. I'm honestly super eager to see my hair in a few more weeks. I HAVE HIGH HOPES!

I really enjoyed using this shampoo. Great smell, lovely packaging and effective results too. I love the fact that the formula is smooth, silky and not necessarily thick. I noticed that a lot of shampoos that deal with dry hair have very thick formula and that at times weighs down the hair. This however did not weigh down my hair and it really moisturized it. I have had my hair braided and under a wig for close to 3 months now and I honestly paid it no attention, as in no moisturizing, no regular washes....nada. I know horrible right?! My busy schedule is my excuse but this shampoo came to my rescue, it really brought my hair back to life!

I recently tried out this product... twice and unfortunately both times it dried my hair out so badly that i couldnt imagine that its good for your hair. the smell and feel of it is amazing however the drying out my hair is something i can not look past. Along with that it is important to remember everyone has different hair so what does and doesnt work for me may work or not work for you

I used this shampoo in combination with the Pure Care Dry Oil Hair Treatment mask. This product smells amazing and is packaged beautifully. A very good start! I noticed that it doesn't create as much foam as other shampoos, but when rinsing my hair it definitely made my hair feel softer than the current shampoo I am using. It isn't often that I find a shampoo that makes my hair feel soft when rinsing it. I would recommend this shampoo in combination with the hair treatment mask. Thanks Dove!

I was looking forward to trialing this specific product as it promised to cater to my hair needs. I've got dull, long, thick and damaged hair which is usually weighed down by a greasy scalp a couple of days after washing. I used it 3 times to wash coupled with different conditioners/masks. The one great thing about the shampoo was that it left my hair feeling light and there was no build up for a week after washing. My hair felt lighter and softer. The damage was not repaired but I assume this will come after using the product over a longer period of time. I also noticed that when the shampoo was used with certain conditioners it would not leave my hair shiny as expected. overall, it is a great product to use if you want you hair to feel light and silky soft however you'll need to find the correct conditioner and serum to use after washing to leave it shiny.

Besides the results on my hair, I am obsessed with the packaging. It was easy to put in my toiletry bag when sleeping out and the look of it exudes luxury. The texture of the product was also very pleasant as it is a yellow/orange translucent colour that did not slip off my hands before application to my hair which happens to me often with other brands.

What I loved most of all was the smell of the product. Not only could I smell it while washing my hair but the smell lasted for days after.

This shampoo is different to your conventional shampoo which is normally creamy with a strong soapy smell. It is a gold translucent colour with a luxurious smell and feel, the smell is quite pleasant so your hair won't smell soapy after the wash. The packaging is a bonus, the golden lining gives the product such a luxurious feel which is matched by the contents.

I have dry curly hair and this shampoo retained my natural curls beautifully during the wash so if you want luscious water-wave curls, use this shampoo then dry your hair without combing or brushing. (look below how I transformed my curls from dry and stiff to luxurious water-wave curls in one wash using this shampoo)

I don't like applying oils to my hair afterwards because it tends to weigh it down and make it greasy at the touch, so this shampoo is perfect for me because it nourishes my hair (without making it greasy) so I don't need to go in with an oil product afterwards, leaving my hair bouncy. I also only needed to wash my hair once to get it completely clean, which I normally have to wash a few times if using other shampoos to really get all the dirt out.

A little really does go a long way so this bottle will really last me, but when it is finished I will definitely purchase it.

The Dove pure care dry oil shampoo I would definitely recommend it to someone with thick-dry hair, It
did not work well with my hair, It gave my hair a beautiful shine however four hours later my hair was oily and flat. I would not purchase this product mainly because it never worked for me. If you looking for something to nourish and give your hair a soft silky feeling, this is your go to product!

I used the Pure Care Dry Oil Shampoo for the first time this week, firstly the white and shiny gold packaging screams luxury. The shampoo looks like liquid gold and smells absolutely amazing. It foams up well and thoroughly cleanses both my scalp and hair. My hair felt soft to the touch after using the product and also easy to brush through and quick and easy to blow dry as it was soft and more manageable. After blow drying my hair my hair looked shiny, sleek and felt silky soft. My hair looks and feels healthier and also smells amazing.

The shampoo smells great although it did take a lot to lather up on my hair, even with water. After hair drying , my hair didn't feel as nice as I expected. However, the next day it felt lovely. Soft and light and smelled great

The shampoo is great ,one of the good shampoos I have ever used

My first wash using this shampoo gave me instant results, my hair went from dry and hard to soft straight afterwards. It was great and I can't wait to carry on using the product

One of my hair struggles that I am faced with is dull dry hair and thats because in the past I constantly coloured my hair, I know know why people always told me not to because it will result in damaged hair. Thanks to the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil range Shampoo for easing the guilt! This shampoo does not only smell as good as it looks; after my first wash my hair was silky smooth, my hair felt light and looked super healthy. I used this Shampoo along with the Dove Pure Care Oil Treatment to give that extra nourishment. After this one wash I am already able to see the difference I am super stoked to be part of this hair journey, heres to better, brighter and bold hair!

Tried and loved the Dove Dry Care Oil Shampoo. My hair as well as my friends hair loved the Dove shampoo. The smell of the shampoo is inviting and it was a joy washing my hair with all that lather in my hair, it felt like some kind of hair spa treatment. After rinsing of the shampoo my scalp felt like it was not dry and dirty. My hair looks healthier and not dull. I and my friends absolutely loved this product.

The only shampoo that does not leave my hair feeling dry after washing actually actives my natural curls as well a definite good buy !

Firstly , how heavenly does this shampoo smell??!? Moreover the packaging is so pretty yet so professional and appealing. Big ups to the marketing team.

So lets get down to whether this shampoo delivers.
After my first wash , i did see a noticeable difference with regards to the silkiness and shine in my hair. My hair was generally course in texture, now im really glad to say that it looks super soft and feels healthy.
Also important to note, it lathers up really well so theres no need to use too much. Futhermore it rinses off quite easily.
The only negative is that my hair got greasy really fast . Which means on the 3rd day it needed another wash.

This product works differently for everyone, so what doesnt work for me may work for you and vice versa.
Definitely a brand that delivers on quality.

I don't often notice too much of a difference between the shampoos I use, but this one was really impressive, with a noticeable difference. The packaging is great, it lathers nicely and looks and feels luxurious.
It definitely left my hair feeling softer, and surprisingly lighter! I do have to shampoo twice in order for my hair to feel really clean, but I don't mind because it smells amazing!!
My hair is usually on the dry side and has been quite dull recently, so I might require some more intense moisture, but this definitely helps add some much needed shine. Hoping the conditioner and treatment will make it a truly winning combo.
Will def repurchase!

WOW!! Firstly, this shampoo smells great. It's enriched with oils giving it a silky yet light texture.
After just one wash, not only my, but my friends' hair felt soft and light - almost weightless but not flat.
I would advise that you try this shampoo for yourself & see it's great results. After styling, hair felt luxuriously soft, sleek and smooth.

The Dove pure care dry oil shampoo and conditioner has become my new hair partner! My hair was dull and my ends had dried out. My hair looked lifeless and could not be styled without drying out.
This dove range has softened my hair and has given its shine back! Due to it being infused with special oils, it not only has an amazing scent but also nourishes your hair.
My hair feels light,nourished and looks fab! I no longer have to worry about my hair drying out or losing its shine.
I would definitely recommend this product to those who feel their hair is dull and dry.

Dove Advanced Hair Series Pure Care Dry Oil Shampoo is what I tried on my hair . It was an awesome product for my dry hair .
It has tamed my wild dry curls . My hair is softer and not dry at all .
Anyone with dry hair give it a try you wont be disappointed
