I was pleasantly surprised by the gold stripe in the conditioner. I wasn't quite sure what it was but read the back of the pack and it said that it was the intensive conditioner component.
I like this product. It smells nice and the packaging looks good. It doesn't make my hair oily. I can't say I've noticed much of a difference in my hair using it - probably as I have been using the Dove hair products before this anyway!
