I am completely obsessed with collecting things, and the Kajal Pencils by Essence are no different. I really like these, considering the price. They are smooth and they most definitely are pigmented (unlike other cheap kajal pencils), especially when built up. They do fade throughout the day, and I do find that on a hot day I end up looking like a bit of a panda.
