This is an amazing eyeliner! I bought the waterproof version and then I forgot all about it for a while. I struggled to perfect the winged eyeliner so I stopped using this and used the pen eyeliner instead. However the pen eyeliner is not as black and precise as this liquid eyeliner. When I started using this I was amazed! Easy, quick and the most amazing black line ever. I don't think it is best suited for beginners since I struggled in the beginning. I doesn't smudge or budge all day. Would not use a more expensive brand, since this does exactly the same thing! Really wow!
