Ladies, so I was looking at all the make-up specials at Clicks, when my eye caught hold of this product for R44.95. You all know by now that I LOVE Essence products, for their price, quality, variety and the fact that their products are not tested on animals.
ESSENCE CLAIMS THIS PRODUCT TO BE:
The foundation gives you a perfect, smooth complexion and looks wonderfully natural. Its silky formula spreads evenly to reliably cover any impurities or redness. For a pleasant feeling on your skin and a fantastic, fresh complexion! Dermatologically tested.
MY THOUHGTS:
1) My skin is quite dry, fair and have marks that need to be covered, so I have to be quite choosy when it comes to foundation. This product rocks! Glides smoothly onto the skin to leave it so natural and smooth looking that I had to stare long and hard in the mirror to believe it was my face.
2) It covers all imperfections without effort and did not leave any flakiness that one tends to get when your skin is dry.
3) My skin looks soft, natural and even has a healthy glow. It just looks fantastic.
4) I even put it on after a shower once when my skin was wetter that I thought it would be and it covered and stayed. AMAZING!
5) It feels great on my skin.
6) It really lasts and lasts. In hot humid sweltering Durban weather, this foundation lasted for a whole day! More than I could say of other more expensive foundations with claims of lasting 24 hours, etc.
FINAL VERDICT: At this price and making my skin look so good, this is my NEW FAVOURITE! Once again Essence rocks!
