This is a pretty good everyday scrub, because it is quite gentle on the skin.
The beads don't have any jagged edges & therefore will not damage the surface of your skin.
The gel formula is non-drying & cleanses pretty well, but if you are looking for something more aggressive - this is not for you.
I quite enjoy this & totally recommend it.
