Loved the pen, and definitely did see results. but the strips are extremely difficult to insert and keep in your mouth for 30 minutes!! the bottom one only covers about 6 teeth which isnt ideal... the top strip doesn't cover the whole row either but more than the bottom strip does. great cheap product and would definitely recommend it
