Eye lash perming is not that common but it can be done successfully.
It’s a technique used to set the top eyelashes in a curled position lasting approximately 6 weeks. It works on the same principal as perming your hair. One perm roller is placed onto each eye in the correct size. This is based on how long your lashes are, long lashes require a bigger roller.
The perm rollers are first pressed up against the lashes – they are a little sticky and provide a suitable surface for the lashes to stick onto.
Steps:
- Perm lotion is applied to your lashes and left on for a few minutes.
- Neutraliser is applied onto your lashes.
- Rollers are removed. The products will not burn or damage your eyes and the effect is immediate.
You need to visit an experienced beauty therapist. The treatment is very effective if done correctly. It takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
