Yes, yes and yes! I love this product! Although I have oily skin, my under eye area is super dry and this is a life saver. It does hydrate and it definitely blurs those fine lines. I have tried so many concealers and they all emphasised my dryness. Also, it is super affordable! I will keep repurchasing this for life.
