Blemish Balms have been all the rage on many beauty blogs for a couple of months now, especially the international ones. Coming from Korea, BB Creams are said to be an all-in-one foundation, moisturiser, serum, primer and sunblock.
Of course I was overjoyed to hear that Garnier SA were bringing the first ones to our shores.
Despite the failed pre order system and very little knowledge from Clicks cosmetics consultants, this product goes above and beyond my expectations.
It goes on a little oily, and at first you think it won't cover or will make you look like a greasy teen, but it soon becomes quite matt and does a decent job at covering. I still use my MAC concealer under my eyes on the dark spots on my chin, but it's perfect for day wear.
If you have combination or oily skin, I suggest setting it with a translucent powder to prevent it from slipping off.
Over all, a beauty staple. I'm looking forward to more brands waking up and stocking up.
