I decided to give this a shot, see what it's all about. I didn't really expect a tinted balm, but, was pleasantly surprised by the results. As you can see in the pictures - my blotchy puffy morning face and the "after" pictures prove that this balm does work.
It has that awesome "Garnier" fragrance to it, applies smoothly, and leaves your skin looking soft and shiny (not as in oily). Your make up applied after also looks more radiant. It is a great item to have.

besides that i also noticed it mkes your skin look a bit oily too and when its a really hot day and u perspire it mealts off your skin like runny foundation.
the product i found works well if mixed with my foundation , it stays fresh all day with no reapply necessary.
