I bought sheer blonde hair treatment form John Frieda as I normally use their shampoo and conditioner. Excellent treatment! works on any blonde hair, coloured or not, repairs damaged hair and leaves it soft and shiny. I have wavy/curly hair and it leaves it smooth and very manageable. They recommend once a week use, but can be used more if hair very damaged. Do not use every day as it may leave hair oily. Very nice product, that lasts at least 4 months if used on long hair.
