This what I'd recommend for anyone who has a problem with frizz or curls that do not last.
This product I apply after washing my hair using my John Frieda frizz ease shampoo and conditioner and let me tell you, it HOLDS my curls so well.
It doesn't weight my hair down and holds my curls without leaving my hair feeling hard.
With this product I'd say alittle goes a long way which also means this would last long (thumbs up)
