John Frieda Style Setter Lizelle gave me this product to try for my always-flat-against-my-head hair. I used it and fell inlove!! I shampoo and condition my hair and just before i start to blow dry, I lift my roots and spray it evenly section for section. I blow-dry my hair and afterwards I can feel that my roots feel harder, I think that is the lifting effect working. I even passed the product on to my mother and her hair has much for volume for longer everyday.
