Could is be the best eye makeup remover? YES! After trying many makeup removers and after being disappointed, I can honestly say that this is the best by far. I have super sensitive eyes and I love that with one swipe, all eye makeup is gone! I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner and this takes out every bit of the makeup. I love that my lashes feels nourished afterwards. A must have item!
