Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid - First Month Results

I just realised that i used the skin corrector without a moisturizer. To my amazement! I thought it was a product that didnt require moisturizers.

Lancôme has made a product that really worked for me, i had no severe dryness, sunburn or any bad result due to not combining it with a moisturizer.
A job well done to the creators of the skin corrector.

Hello hello again. I’m back with week 2 to week 3 of my review for the Lancome Active Skin Corrector Fluid. Week one boasted some fantastic results so during these two weeks I was looking forward to an even better iutcome. As mentioned before I stopped using foundation on my skin except for very special occasions, most of which would involve taking professional pictures. So I had a stills shoot on the 3rd week of using the ASCF and needed to use foundation on my face. I used the fluid as the base moisturizer as I normally do all my day facial products. The results were very surprising. My skin was extremely dry and flaky. It reminded me of when I started using foundation where I would apply it on dry un-moisturized skin and I’d get the same effect.

The radiance I noted in the first week, seems to have remained the
same. My expectations were of a brighter skin, lightened blemishes
however the result that consistently stood out were of the texture of
the skin. More refined pores and smoother finish. I was really hoping
for brighter overall tone.

WEEK 4

My experience is that this is a great product for achieving that dewy,
refined pores skin texture. That’s were I found its magic to be with
my combination and somewhat sensitive skin. I was very impressed with how it smoothed out the fine lines around my eyes. Even with the foundation gliche, I find it to be a great product I’m guessing since I’m no longer a fan of using foundation daily.

Price wise its retail price of R895 IS kind of steep for the results I
had. Mainly because my ultimate goals are more of brightening my overall facial tone and achieving that clear, bright even tone. I do however love the quick turn around time for seeing the first results. There are very few products that can confidently boast such a promise. Because of that, I'm completely sold.

The skin corrector is wonderful! Im forever thankful to beauty bulletin and Lancôme for introducing me to the product. Ladies of my age and older are asking what foundation am i using...they still believe that only foundations hide the uneven skin tone and dark marks. I tell them i use Lancôme skin corrector. I have never been so happy inside and outside( my friend told me that my facial expression says look at me im happy and confident) thats the power of the skin corrector it has softened facial tissues and left them relaxed, non oily and less wrinkled.

It's been over a month since I've been using the Lancôme serum. My skin is a LOT smoother and I have a bit of a glow. But my skin has become oilier as well. Something that I'm not too happy about as my skin is already oily. I cut down on the amount of serum I use, but that didn't seem to help. (Maybe it's stress and the heat?)

When I first got the serum, I had hoped that it would help with my acne scars. I have seen a slight improvement, with some of my acne scars starting to fade. I know it takes a while for acne scars to completely fade, so I will still use the serum. But only every other day as my oily skin has resulted in more pimples and more acne scars.

Overall, I am happy with the results. I love this product despite the cons. I think the price is actually worth it (as I've had no allergic reactions or anything like that).

P.S. I'm having some camera issues so pictures and a video will follow when it's all sorted.

Its been a month now since I was sent this high end product & have to admit, its been great testing it out.

I am happy with the first month results.The thing I love most about this product is the velvety texture & glow it has given to my skin. After applying to my face & neck morning & night, for the last 4 weeks, there is a visible difference in the tone and texture of my skin. My face does seem brighter & smoother. I also personally felt this product worked as a primer on my skin. My make-up always felt easier to apply after first moisturising with this serum.
My make up also stayed in place and my t section also seemed less oily. Not sure if the other reviewers will agree with this?
I would have loved to see a differences in the fine shallow wrinkles making its way to my face though, but nothing as yet, perhaps with continued use, there may be a visible difference. I do not have enlarged pores, therefore unable to provide a verdict on that.

My final verdict on the effectiveness on this product is that it does visibly reduce dark spots, it does visibly give you an even skin tone & it does visibly give you a natural looking glow :-).

I would definitely recommend this product. For R860, I think its money well spent :-).

My journey began with a very high expectation coupled with excitement.....
This high end Serum got my office talking (men included) as I went around demonstrating a miracle in a midnight blue bottle.

Overview
Lancome has sold to us a dream in a bottle, claiming that this heavily advertised serum is “more than a wrinkle corrector” as it aims to address concerns of large pores, marks, and uneven skin tone. The claims are enticing and curious me with a skin that needed a miracle, went a month committed to its daily use.

When I first applied this product, I thought my skin looked great! Even when I woke up the next day, I thought my skin looked clearer and more luminous. Yet I wanted to see the unevenness gone more than I wanted to see just "great". It works like a primer because it smooths over the skin (it must be the silicone in it) and includes mica which illuminates skin.

This has a silky texture just like most serums and of course has a slight fragrance - I like that.

Target Areas:
- Forehead and around the mouth > uneven tone
- Cheeks > large pores

Pros:
- Silky texture makes skin look smooth, while the mica adds subtle radiance (even though shine is not skin care).
- Effectively moisturizes thus no need to supplement with a moisturizer
- Lighter skin tone.
- Smaller pores.

Cons:
- Expensive.
- It took a while to see impressive results.

After a month using the Lancôme Visionnaire LR 2412 4% Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid in pursuit of perfect skin, I can honestly say that I thoroughly loved the impeccable texture it gave my skin and the balance it brought to my uneven complexion. My pores were also greatly reduced; this was the pièce de résistance for me.

On the flip side of the coin, my skin started producing more oil than I was costumed to, thus I had to minimise the use of the Lancôme Visionnaire LR 2412 4% Cx Advanced Skin to only once a day to avoid over stimulating my oil glands.

All and all, it is a great product to have as part of any skin care regime.

I woul really like to congratulate Lancome for creating this product. It doesnt clash with sunscreen. This saturday i went to an event without a foundation...people noticed how i naturally glow. I also like the new look i have obtained since using the skin corrector.

Thank you so much! No matter how much the price i still vote for Lancome's serum. I use little ( two drops) and still manage to fully cover face ears and neck- it is obvious that it will last for a couple of months.

I'm absolutely ecstatic about the 1st month results! I was a bit sceptical but hey I'm loving the texture of my skin nowadays, its more supple, less fine lines, reduced pores and above all a more youthful glow to my skin! The fine fragrance is amazing and I feel like my skin has been given a new joie de vivre!

After two weeks of using the serum/ fluid I've noticed that my skin is more supple and refined and it absorbs moisture more easily. Because the serum is so light and moisturising, it works well with my daily moisturizer so I don't end up looking like a grease ball. My skin tone is improving daily, however the darker marks, left by pimples and hyperpigmentation are still visible. I've also noticed that my pores are less visible which is an A+ in my books.

The serum is quite hydrating so you get an overall dewy glow after applying it. Some days I actually feel like I don't even need my
moisturizer.

I thought that I would see super impressive results since Lancôme is an expensive high-end brand, but this hasn't been the case. The changes are gradual so we'll have to see after a month. So far I'm satisfied with how my skin looks, but there's room for improvement.

I'm quite pleased with the results I've noticed after using the serum/fluid for a month. My skin is more supple and smooth, my pores are less visible and the tone of my skin is more even. Unfortunately the more pigmented marks on my face are still visible, but overall they've faded in intensity since using the product. I expected more radical results since it's such a pricey high-end product, but I'm happy with the change I've noticed.

What I have found over the past 4 weeks of using this product...
- Has without a doubt reduced my overall pore size and even
completely got rid of some!
- Has smoothed my skin out overall.
- Much better over all complexion.
- And definitely brighter skin!
- No visible difference in my under eye wrinkles.
- Much easier makeup application in general.

I would highly recommend this product and I think for the price it is actually definitely worth it! It does what it says and you can be sure there will be a change in your skins overall appearance.

One month is up and I have thoroughly enjoyed using Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid.

The texture of the product is amazing and easily absorbed into the skin. Results have been consistent and measurable week after week. This is a product that is true to its word - wrinkles, pores and texture - these are indeed the results I have received from using it. This is a product that works and I highly recommend. There is still product in my bottle which is brilliant, but, sadly I am not able to tell how much in order to plan ahead for purchasing before it runs out. The ease with with the product glides onto the skin means a little goes a long way.

I have also had so many compliments and, although unwanted as I'm a "bacteria-phobe", a lot of hands on my face to feel if I'm wearing makeup and the texture of my skin. I can't believe a month has already gone by. Time flies when you are having fun and that's what I have had using the Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid. Below are my results after 4 weeks of using the product.

Skin Texture:

My skin has never looked better. It has progressively improved on the last reported observations in week 1. Its texture is amazing. My pores are greatly minimised and my skin feels smooth to the touch.

Skin Appearance:

My skin still looks radiant and luminous. Every time I use the Lancôme fluid, it injects new life into my skin. It just makes every I put on top of it better:)

Age related issues (fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots):

The Lancôme fluid has been doing a superb job of keeping my skin firm and supple. It has really been making my moisturiser and night cream to be much more efficient. My fine lines have been greatly minimised.

Pigmentation:

The discolouration on my cheeks just under my eye is not yet gone but there are visible signs of improvement. I still have to conceal it but I am using less product. I will continue to use the Lancôme fluid on this area and pair it with a colour corrector cream.

Make up application:

The Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid had me using my prime occasionally. It has been doubling as a primer:)

This is a great product whose only downside is the price. I am dreading the day my bottle runs out because the repurchase will be a huge investment. This revolutionary serum has changed the reality of my skin! Before I had to use a lot of make up for my skin to look even, cover up pores and give it a glow. With Lancôme Visionnaire I began to use less and less make up every day, to the point I was confident to wear no make up at all!

After 4 weeks of using the Lancôme Vissionaire skin corrector i noticed that my skin tone has improved from dull and oily to healthy glowing and even skin tone with improved elasticity ( it doesn't feel dry yet oily and screaming problem skin)

I have used 2types of serums before but i had to stop using them because they were harsh on my skin ( left it peeling, sensitive to sun and burnt like looking). This one doesn't clash with other beauty/cosmetics i use( my face doesn't feel overloaded with products)

I did not expect much on wrinkles ( i have two stubborn wrinkles that have bothered me for years i was gonna save for botox treatments) BUT one is totally gone and the other one is fading i am so happy about that.

There are still traces of pores i hope that as i finish the whole bottle they will also be gone.

It has also done some ground breaking work on dark spots caused by popping of pimples( i was stressed that acne is coming back and didnt a wrong thing by popping the pimple)

This skin corrector carries value for money, i use two drops ( every morning and night) but still there are no sign for it to be finished. Im definitely adopting it for my skin and beauty regime.

The results of how wonderful the product is working is clearly showing on my skin and the nice comments that i have received. I have seen how my skin was transformed over the weeks and im loving what i am seeing. My skin now is

*looking smoother because my pores are refined and looking smaller
*glowing
*looking fairer and the texture is smoother
*dark circles are lightened and not as heavy
*the tone is more even
*crows feet are almost non existant and the lines are filled
*t-zone is less shiny
*sun spots are getting lighter

The imperfection that is a little bit stubborn is my hyper-pigmentation from my pimples. The reason that they are still behind is that the pigmentation is been there for a while and it will take a while for me to see the results. I can see small progress there because the marks are getting smaller than they were and thats a sign that the products is working. The fluid works from the dermis part of the skin.

I must say that i have enjoyed the days when i just applied eye make up without applying the foundation and i still looked fresh like i had my bb cream on. I also enjoyed how my foundation would just glide over the fluid and formed my make up pre base. This has been a great experience because i never thought that one product could target so many imperfections and actually deliver on their promise.

I am planning to buy this product again as soon as this one finishes. The only downfall is that the product is a bit pricey and it needs serious budgeting!! Otherwise it is an excellent product, value for money and one of the best in the market!! That is my honest review and opinion!!!

In my first review i mentioned that these were the problems I 'HAD' with my skin:

I'm a skeptic but guess what........I'm awed!

Wearing makeup is meant to enhance your beautiful features not to hide them like I have been for years. The acne scars just made me feel naked and I've tried numerous products with claims of working but I wasted money. So you'll understand that trying the Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid was just that trying the only difference this time is that I see results!

Over the weeks I've seen my dull looking face having a glow, the large pores are literally decreasing (please check my before and after photos), the dark circles under my eyes are a thing of the past. My complexion has improved and the pigmentation is fading giving me an even tone. I think I need a few bottles before the damage created 15years ago or so can be gone but I know for a fact its possible with this product.

My skin is soft, supple and the texture has drastically improved. I have a lazy routine of washing, toning, the skin corrector and sunscreen (on good days) then in the evening I just repeat the routine without the sunscreen ofcourse. I can safely go to meetings now with my bare (no makeup) face only having a touch up with a mascara and lipgloss/lipstick.

“Grand Finale” - Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector: Final Review

Thank you Beauty Bulletin for allowing me to be part of your amazing review club, it has been an amazing one month trying the Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector. And you just started my new addiction to the range.

And the moment we have been waiting for my four week results after using the serum which I used every single day and night which I loved doing, I mean who wouldn’t want to be part of such an amazing review club. Lancome is an amazing luxury brand and this product did truly live up to that name and expected results.

So for my first major problems/issues:
• Enlarged pore size on my nose – which has reduced in size since using the serum after the four weeks, I can’t wait to see further results with the serum.
• Tone and Texture – the skin on my forehead has always been super dry and then eventually gets darker than the rest of my face, but since using the serum have notices it’s much more smooth and softer and doesn’t look dry.
• Fine lines/wrinkles – This wasn’t a major issue for me as yet, but surprisingly I did notice some changes in areas where there were early signs of tiny lines which are a bit plumped up.

Enjoyed using the Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector fluid I didn’t need to use too much of the serum on my face, as they say a little did go a long way in this situation. It is opaque white in colour does seem as if it is stick but is the totally opposite. The only sad part is that the packaging is stunning but sadly I cannot see how much is left of the product or when I need to get some more in my beauty closet.

Overall experience I am really happy with my results I can’t wait to carry on using the serum, and my journey to having better skin. I highly recommend the serum to anybody who would be by the means to try and buy the Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector fluid I know it is pricy but is amazing quality. It will definitely stay part of my daily beauty/cleansing routine totally happy with my final results.

But then again it’s unique to other serums in the way that it’s a day and night unlike others which you need a separate day and night serum, making it super convenient as you only carrying one bottle and not two.

It is an amazing feeling when you know and feel your skin looks great, personally for me I feel as if I just have a natural glow to my skin as if no makeup at all is needed. I would love to try the other products in the range especially the eye cream, if these are the results I should be expecting.

Please do not mind the acne nothing to do with the serum and more so my hormones ? the pictures below are of me without any moisturiser and only the serum on my skin with some eye cream under my eyes.

It seems people either love or hate this product! I've been using it for 4 weeks now, and I've been using it morning and night. The product does have a distinct smell which I happen to like! I'm a little bit concerned about the amount of alcohol.. I know many say alcohol is not harmful for skin, and it's my understanding that it helps the active ingredients to penetrate the skin more effectively.
When I first applied this product, I thought my skin looked great! Even when I woke up the next day, I thought my skin looked clearer and more luminous.

The one thing I've noticed is that my pores appear smaller with this on, but this Might just be the silicone?

After using this product for the first week I had definitely seen results. I especially noticed the dark area below my eyes disappearing. I found my skin to be more even-toned with a silky smooth texture. Even my hubby commented on my skin, thinking it was my pregnant glow.

It's been a month now since I've started using the Lancome Visionnaire Advanced skin corrector. I have to say that I am still impressed with it. My dark marks have lightened up but I think I would need to continue use for a few more weeks for more to see dramatic results as I do have really dark scars.

The texture of my skin has improved from the very 1st application and it's still soft, smooth and silky. I still love the way it doesn't leave me looking like an "oil slick", even on the hottest days here in Pietermaritzburg. The size of my pores have reduced although not as much as I thought it would. I do have very large pores around my nose and cheek area.

During the 1st week review I hadn't noticed any reduction in fine lines and wrinkles but now I do see a difference around my eye area. The fine lines have decreased in size.

I'd never heard of this product before the Beauty Bulletin team asked me to to review it, but now that I know it's out there it's definitely one I'd recommend to my friends and have already been doing that. I do find that it is a bit pricey but I'm willing to spend that little extra for a great product.

Wow, a month has passed by without me even noticing it.

First and foremost, I would love to thank Beauty Bulletin for giving me this opportunity to review such a splendid product. I really had fun with it. Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid is the first serum I have ever used and I’m very impressed with the results it has given me.

My skin has a bit of dark marks on it, caused by pimples. I can see some a clearing a bit. But my pimples are still there. In terms of how my skin looks and feels:
• Supple skin.
• Even skin tone
• Reduced oily and dry skin texture.
• Not to forget to mention. The Glow it gives to my skin! That’s a +1.

Trust me ladies when I say this, this product is a must have, no lies. It is really worth it to give it a try.

First of all, I must thank Beauty bulletin for selecting me to try this product. I probably would have never known about it if it weren't for you. Even though it's on the pricey side, I am going to buy and use it for longer. I do believe I will see even better results with continuous use. My skin has a slight glow and my dark circles have improved. Now not a lot of products work on my dark circles so when i find something that works, i stick to it. What I love about Lancome though is that it worked much faster than anything I have tried and that is why I am willing to spend cash on it. I want to see how much lighter the spots on my face will get as well. I am very hopeful. They are tough to get rid of but I do trust that I will see them become lighter and lighter. I also love that it does not make me look shiny, my face looks moisturised not oily. I am a very happy and excited reviewer!!

We all want to have beautiful glowing skin but for many that desire has been unattainable till now.. The effects of Lancome's New Visionaire Skin Corrector has left me dazzled , I really did think this was another gimmick but I have been proven wrong as this product really delivers results.I've suffered with pigmentation and dry skin for years due to PCOS but Lancômes product has remodelled my skin , the pigmentation irregularities are reduced around my cheek area and there definitely doesn't seem to be a harsh line between the pigmented and non-pigmented skin as the colour and tone of my skin has evened out considerably as if someone peeled off a layer of my skin leaving me looking like I just left the beautician ,moisture has returned to my dry skin without making me look like a discoball.This product has really improved my skin condition in the sense of radiance and overall evenness. I can see a renewal of my skin and its only been 1 month. I have never been so impressed before with the results of a product before. Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid is expensive yet worth the price.
From the 1st day i used it i noticed the skin texture it had and still has a velvet feel, i must say marks are still stubborn but getting lighter by week. I have a glowing, healthy not forgetting to mention beautiful skin of which i am not afraid to show without makeup everyday.
I must say it has given me the confidence to be me, less make up and the freedom of expression.

Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid I give it thumbs ups.

Hope you guys will enjoy my 1st week review! Its been awesome, its great to see how glowing my skin is, this is really great, exactly what I need in this summer.

A quick update ('cause things are crazy busy):

After a week, I can happily say that my skin feels and looks smoother. The blocked pores on my forehead are also less. However, my skin is a lot more oily now. I have also been getting more pimples (and acne scars because I've been scratching my face :/ ). I suspect that that's stress-related and not because of the serum.

I'll be honest. I'm not good with routine, so there have been days where I've 'forgotten' to apply the serum.

I recently received the Lancome Visionnaire Cx Advanced skin Corrector to review and these were my first impressions.

The product came beautifully packaged and I didn't expect anything less considering that Lancome is a high end brand! I couldn't contain my excitement so I immediately read through the box for instructions and ingredients which were all clearly set out out.

My only struggle was it was not clear whether the product was a serum or a moisturiser. So I found I had to do some "research" just to be certain.

The quantity was 30ml, which was generous for a serum, in my opinion. I cleansed my face, and using my fingertips applied the product to my face, neck and décolleté. The consistency was great, product spread easily and was quickly absorbed into my skin without leaving any residue. The scent was soft and flowery, not overwhelming at all.

I'm looking forward to the weeks ahead to see the changes that take place.

Lancôme vissionaire came when i needed it the most. Ive been on roaccutane for acne treatment, that left my skin few shades darker than original, super dry and itchy, i also have white spots from sensitivity to sun exposure.

I have two deep lines where brows begin and have enlarged pores.

I hope that this product will cure the uneven skin tone, smoothes lines on my face plus close pores.

So i went online in search of the price for the Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid because I want to buy it and use it for longer when the bottle I received from Beauty Bulletin is finished. I want to see what this product can do for me long term because after only a week it is very promising. Well, I found the price on redsquare.co.za and it definitely does not come cheap at over R800. I'm gonna have to start saving lol! I didn't think I would see any difference with this product and the reason for that is that I am using it with other brand products. My face wash, scrub etc. are a different brand. But I was wrong. My skin is brighter and softer to the touch. After putting on my foundation, I don't need as much powder as before because my skin doesn't look oily. In fact, my make up seems to stay on all day. I absolutely love that! Oh I forgot to mention, on redsquare.co.za where i found the price, it is actually sold out. Yep!

I have had the most amazing time using the Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid. Below are my results after a week of using the product.

Skin Texture:

The texture of my skin has dramatically improved. It feels very smooth to the touch. The Lancôme fluid has really smoothed my uneven skin texture. My pores have been extremely minimised. I no longer have that horrible strawberry feel on my nose:)

Skin Appearance:

My skin looks more radiant and luminous. This product has ignited that inner glow which my skin had now lost. It no longer looks dull. The Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid does a superb job blurring out imperfections on my skin every time I use it. My skin looks dewy and glowy without none of that horrible shine.

Age related issues (fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots):

I do not have any deep wrinkles but I had been noticing some fine lines on my face. The Lancôme fluid has been doing a superb job of making my skin firm and supple. Every time I apply it, it deeply penetrates my skin and makes my skin to absorb my moisturiser much more effectively. This has resulted in my skin looking and feeling soft, firm and supple. Those pesky fine lines did not stand a chance. I can hardly see them anymore:) Yeay!

Pigmentation:

I have some discolouration on my cheeks just under my eye. I have been concentrating on this area and using it to track my progress with this product. This pigmentation on my cheeks had my concealer on high rotation:-( After a week of use I am starting to notice that the discolouration is slowly starting to lift. It's a slight change that I am hoping will intensify with more usage.

Make up application:

The Lancôme Visionnaire Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid really preps up my skin for flawless make up application. I have noticed that my make up looks flawless and it wears for longer even in this hot weather. My make up looks amazing.

Getting to review Lancôme’s Advanced Skin Corrector is just the greatest way to kick start the year for my skin. Having been newly recruited into the fresh-face foundation free fraternity, I’m excited by the prospect of starting the year with a great skin product that would support me in my decision to remain foundation free. For as long as I can recall, great skin has always been something I’ve had to constantly WANT for. Made a few mistakes, infact more than just a few so that means I’m now all the wiser when it comes to selecting which skin products I can trust for my skin.

CONCERNS
My facial skin is on the sensitive side. I’d use a product and it would be amazing on my skin at first, however after a few days I’d break out in skin irritations ranging from moderate to – as in the case a couple of months ago – very severe where I experienced burning and itchiness that consequently left my skin dry and blemished. Currently I’m tackling the most common of my skin issues, isolated blemish/acne spots and overall dullness.

EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT – DAY 1

My main concern as mentioned above was how my skin would react to the product. Since I’ve never had a professional diagnosis as to which products or better yet which ingredients in the products irritate my skin so much, I watch out for every and any sensation that I notice after application. I continue to do this even days after using the product. I immediately stop using it once I feel even the least bit of burning or a continued heat sensation especially around my cheek area which is the most sensitive.
Another key thing for me is that it doesn’t make my skin oily or shiny during the day. I stopped using foundation almost a year ago, so my daily moisturisers I have to make sure give me that almost matte look and DO NOT ADD SHINE. So before I started using … these two issues were my biggest concerns.

The first thing I noticed before applying is how great it smells. It smells like a product you’d find at a skin clinic or spa, like a nice professional facial product. I love that. Also I’m very impressed with how light its texture is. After applying it I can’t help but notice how silky it feels, it feels like its conditioning my skin and polishing it at the same time. So far so good, no shine. Infact I think it looks much better than my current day moisturizer.

At the first application, I didn’t have much of an expectation but I do remember the product promising to yield instant results, not sure if its me wanting to badly believe that promise or my skin really does look brighter already? So I decided to give it another day and come back…

EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT – DAY 2

I’m one of those people that love good attention. I like even the half a second glance I get as I pass someone. Now my day 2 experience happened while I was at our local mall. The glances just kept coming like it was glance open-day… ! I was really starting to feel good about this product. Once back in my car I notice a distinct glow and smoother texture on my skin. I don’t want to start celebrating too much as yet before I can be truly certain my skin is coping with the product. So that said, chat to you at my next video review.

I was recently sent a product to try. And if you know me very well, you are aware that I have minimal appreciation for products that are not sold by dermatologists or specialised skin therapists #hides

So my biggest skin issue has always been my enlarged pores, which are on the top part of my checks and nose (they almost look like freckles) as well a bit of pigmentation on my upper lip (due to "the pill").

The product I received was Lancôme Visionnaire Advanced Skin Corrector, at first glance my thoughts were "this is awesome" a product that promises to re-texturise the look of skin, refine and correct the appearance of wrinkles, pores and uneven skin. Exactly what I needed and am always willing to put products to the test especially if they could potentially fix my issues.

The packaging was beautiful, and the serum was enclosed in an opaque coloured pump bottle which ensures that the efficacy and integrity of the formula is preserved. The only thing I would change about the bottle is that fact that you can't gauge how much product you have left as you use it, so maybe a very thin see through strip on the side some where would do well for that.

As always, I also read the back label for ingredients as I like to be well informed on what exactly I am applying to my skin. The first 3 ingredients were water, cyclohexasiloxane and glycerine. I was to happy with that, as it meant hydration, hydration and more hydration. I'm all about that!

On application the product glides on smoothly and was easily absorbed into the skin. It did not leave any residue whatsoever. I was determined to get the full effects of the product so I decided my routine would be cleanse & tone in one, apply the Lancôme Visionnaire Advanced Skin Corrector and an SPF30.  (I wouldn't recommend this as a permanent regime, but I was not willing to take the chance with breakouts or any adverse effects occurring from mixing and matching of products - I prefer to use a product line in its entirety). Back to the serum... The scent was very light and flowery, not over powering at all.

I must say I have pleasantly surprised, one week of usage and I see a huge change, particularly to the size of my pores and skin texture. I would ordinarily give a quick glance to my cheek and nose area when getting ready each morning, but I have been taking more time to scrutinise just to make sure it's not my imagination! With regards texture there is just no second guessing, I'm being told more and more how beautiful and flawless my skin is looking! I'm excited to see after one month of constant use, day and night, just how much more improved my skin will look.

Would I recommend this product? You will know after a month :) lets give it time to come full circle.

The excitement began the minute I received a call from Beauty Bulletin that I have been chosen to review the Lancôme skin corrector. I anxiously awaited the courier delivery and it finally came!!

Let me start with the packaging, the silver box and the turquoise bottle is so elegant that it could easily be mistaken for a perfume.

Immediately washed my face with the Olay Regenerist cleanser (using the brush also from Beauty Bulletin), the minute I squirted the fluid on to the back of my palm I was blown away by the nice scent. I dont usually use perfumed serums/moisturizers because of my eye allergies but the fluid did not leave me with teary eyes....a + in my books. The fluid immediately penetrate the skin quickly and nourishes the skin. My skin was silky smooth and not oily at all.

The fluid is very light, non-greasy and yet leaves the skin smooth! I cannot wait to see the improvement of my uneven tone skin after the four weeks!!!

The fluid is a bit pricey but worth a buy...I give it a 10/10 rating!

After a week of using Lancôme vissionaire skin corrector i can say my face is less itchy( probably from dryness), there is less shine/oil on my T zone.

The skin feels clean and breathing. I only use two drops of the product and it glides and cover the whole face. I would love it if the nozzle was a bit longer because it is shorter and drips onto the neck of the pump when pumping the product.

This serum is less sticky and smells lovely. I am glad it is also catered for black sisters and it is cheaper and less complicated than botox or those beauty procedures.

I hope that the wrinkles and pores will soon shrink in few weeks to come.

I'm so exited about trying out the Lancôme Visionnaire
Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid cause I have never used any of their products.

The packaging on its own made me believe I would be saying goodbye to my overly open pores, dark dry uneven patches that always reveal themselves at the oddest times and my biggest problem the dark circle around my mouth/ chin area....And what better way to try and get rid of these than with the Lancome Visionnaire CX Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid that costs about R860, and comes in a Turquoise bottle with a silver linning and a verry nice scent to it too.


Washed my face , applied about 4pumps which was enough to cover my whole face , on first application I felt a tingly slightly heating sensation deep inside my skin . Which I was happy about because to me that meant I will be getting the desired results and that the product was already at work.

*It absorbed very quickly
*It didn't feel greasy
*Skin felt softer
*Gave me a natural glow

If these are the results ill be getting while using this product then Lancôme Visionnaire
Cx Advanced Skin Corrector Fluid will be my new best friend

I remember that as much as I was excited to use the product straight away, I told myself, let's wait for the Monday rather. I used it last week Monday and I can see a bit of a change on my face - which I am happy with.
I have sensitive skin and oily as well so sometimes I get s bit scared to use any products. I am happy with this one. It is a bit pricey though
Luckily I use a little bit. Let see how week 2 goes....
