I can honestly say that this is the one product I always use. other hair products I do tend to alternate but never this. I had highlights when I first used this product so it was very easy for me to see by the regrowth how quickly my hair grew and honestly it does deliver.
I found my hair grew quicker but the condition of my hair also improved dramatically.
