I believe it's very important to have mouth wash and should be part of daily routine.
Listerine has produced a fantastic range with different variants suitable for every user
The cool mint is a really good one I must say it can get a bit intense and really numbs you but I just tell myself it's killing all those germs and stick it out.
If you can't handle the heat they also provide a sensitive range which also is really good for sensitive teeth and gums .
I love it and think everyone should give it a try.
