I purchased my Cloud 9 in 2016 and its still going strong in 2018. What a great buy! As a qualified hairdresser this is by far the best iron i have used. It really smooths out curly/unruly hair. i am able to get to the roots and gives amazing shine. Keep in mind that a heat protector is always a must!
