I’ve been using this makeup removing milk for the last few months and I really like it even though it has been discontinued. I use this in conjunction with my makeup removing wipes so that it is effortless to remove makeup at the end of the day. I love applying makeup, but taking it off can be a hassle. This product used with my makeup removing wipes makes taking the makeup off so much easier and faster. I usually use a pea sized drop of this just to remove my eye makeup and the rest I used my makeup removing wipes (just because it’s easier for me). This product is the bomb in removing long wearing eyeliners (whether it is liquid or pencil) and waterproof mascara as well. It doesn’t burn or sting the eyes even if it goes in your eye by mistake, nor does it make your eyes blurry. It also has a very soft, creamy texture and smells pleasant.
I usually wash my face after removing my makeup, even if the product says you don’t need to cleanse. I always make sure that there is no makeup left on my skin as it is one of the causes of premature ageing and breakouts. As for this I cannot really comment on the “transforming to toner” bit.
