Spring has sprung and I was wondering around Edgars looking for a miracle product that would transform me from tired and harrassed looking to a glow-y and dewy skinned 21 year old. my find was this MAC highlighter. ok, so it's not exactly a miracle product but it did give me a healthier glow (especially when paired with pastel make-up) and I have received a quite a few compliments about looking 'fresh'.
This is a cream highlighter but it has quite an oily consistency so it does slide around a bit when its applied. The oily consistency makes for good blending though. I apply it on my cheek bones and along the length of my nose and in the eyebrow arch. You can put it on wherever you want the light to highlight your skin. I put some blush over the highlighter on my cheeks and it made the colour pop!
The SA did say it can be used as an eye shadow too. My shade (Hush) too light to try but maybe some of the more goldy colours will work especially on darker skin.
