strobe cream is a wonderful investment and should be in every womans makeup kit! It adds a delightful, youthful glow to the skin without making the skin look oily. however, the pearlised pigment inside is of a lilac and blue nature and does not work well on very dark skins. Mix it in with your foundation to create a beautifully illuminated tinted foundation :)
