As someone with curly hair that frizzes easily, this shampoo is a godsend. Sulfate free means you aren't drying out your hair with sulfates. This also means that the shampoo lathers way less - sulfates are generally responsible for that - so don't be fooled into thinking you need to be using more shampoo to clean your hair. A small "dollop" is just fine. It smells really nice as well. My hair has more moisture, more shine - even when I straighten it.
