The High Potency Magnesium Powder is my husbands favorite. It reduces tiredness and fatigue and contributes to a normal electrolyte balance which is perfect as he uses it especially when he knows he will have a long day ahead of him at work. It also has a pleasant pineapple/orange flavor to it which makes it easier to drink.

On my days off I often feel so burnt out with no energy to do anything after standing for an 8 hour shift. After taking the Medirite Magnesium Powder every morning I feel so much more energised and it has significantly reduced muscle cramps. I love that this product is so affordable for such good quality and easily accessible I can just get it every month when I’m doing my grocery shopping.
