My first impression was that this product was nicely packaged and it smelt lovely. As it promises, an immediate difference is seen. Definitely not harsh on my skin and will work very well if you have sensitive skin. Completion is not only improved but an overall improvement to ones skin. It is a gentle exfoliator so can be used often. Did not at all leave my skin dry and tight. Moisturising as well. Definitely worth every cent!
