I have never used Neutrogena products before but I was pleasantly surprised when I used this product! The small particles gently exfoliate and it exfoliates without drying the skin out. It moisturizes and softens at the same time! It has a white creamy consistency, and for that cost, it is a tremendous product! The only thing i did not like about the product was the soapy scent. Other than that this is an awesome product.
