So I love toner in general because it cleanses my skin from any extra stubborn dirt that wasn't removed after washing and this toner is effective in cleaning my face but leaves my face a little sticky/tacky.
It does however make my skin feel hydrated and not dried out and the tackiness goes away after you apply the moisturiser.
