Since receiving the scrub, I've used it every night. At first i only wanted to use it Twice a week but since I noticed it's not very harsh to my skin i use it daily.
The scrub works perfectly for getting rid of extra oil and grease after a long day studies and exercise.
Definitely my favourite out of the range.
