POND's Spot Clear Even Tone Facial Foam and Scrub

This is a fantastic face wash! I absolutely love it (comming from someone who only used to use premium brands like clarins). My skin feels squeaky clean, it's great to reduce oiliness and smoothes my skin beautifully. All at a great price!

I'm a little bit undecided about this product, to be quite honest.

The scent is nothing to write home about... The consistency had me initially worried. It quite creamy looking so I was worried I wouldn't get a proper wash, but I was happy to be proved wrong.

It's a great cleanser. My skin feels squeaky clean after I cleanse with this. It lathers quite quickly so I feel like I don't need to use a lot of product to wash my face. Even though my face feels clean afterwards, it soon gets that tight & dry feeling so I need to hurry up with my next step.

The scrub effect does nothing for me. I do not particularly feel like it works because I go in with a facial brush anyway. The beads are too mild for my liking. A scrub must scrub in my books, and this does not scrub by itself, it needs help, hence me going in with a facial brush.

I like that it comes in all the different sizes. Perfect for when you want to try it out and for travelling when you're a fan.

Did it help to control oil, clear pimples, reduce blemishes and redness, as well as to tighten pores, calm the skin, remove my blackheads and whiteheads and smooth and brighten my skin?
• Yes to tightened pores.
• Yes to reducing redness.
• So-so on reducing blemishes. It needs help from a serum or something else for this.
• So-so on the rest of the claims too.

I wouldn't say it's amazing, but it's bang for buck as a cleanser. It definitely needs patience, consistency and assistance from an overall good skin care regimen to be full on effective on all the promises.

I received this product as a sample with a purchase I made online. I no longer use scrubs ob my face as I tend to breakout, or they make my nose extra oily. Having rub out of face wash I reached for this little tube and wash pleasantly suprised. The beads arent harsh and the creamy texture of this wash is fantastic it left my skin feeling so soft and smooth and fresh. It didnt dry out my skin,make it oily on my nose or cause breakouts. It gave my face a brighter clearer look and I actually felt confident going out with out Makeup after using this for a week.this small tube lasts a surprisingly long time as only a small amount on a wet face is needed.
I have already recommeded this product to friends.

So I'm back to review this . And I have to say ladies that I was very wrong about this product perhaps my skin was going through a phase at the time when I used it but I decided to give it another shot because I refused to believe that 1 of my favourite brands could let me down .
Anyways I started using this again a while ago and it's been helping reduce my breakouts which seem to qto be ever so often now and it actually helps rid me of my spots. The cleanser is gentle and cleansed off my make up easily . I am actually really enjoying it now I guess we have to bare with our skin and bodily changes and always opt to give products a second chance .

Once again ladies I think that I was very wrong about this and am gold I gave it another shot.

im a huge lover of all things Ponds but this has disappointed me completely ... it promises and does not deliver when controlling breakouts .

Its very affordable and is okay if you intend on using it only as a face wash

i stopped using the product completely after a while as i never saw any results or improvements

I purchased this a while back because I noticed that it was a fairly new product . I have used the entire flawless radiance range and was keen to try this .
Sadly I was not impressed , it did nothing extraordinary for my skin except work as a really good cleanser . The exfoliating beads are too mild to deep cleanse my skin and very fine which is why it was probably not very effective as an exfoliator or scrub.

The packaging is neat and very informative about the products capabilities .
I have stopped using this and given it to my partner instead.

I would recommend it to people who have sensitive skin and young skin that only require a mild and gentle cleanser.

I have used this product for over 3 months and I can honestly say that it has to be the most amazing face wash I used thus far. It has helped with my blemishes, acne and ofcourse my oily skin. I only had 1 breakout during this 3 months of using this face wash.

I do however only use it every second day because with this product I use the Neutrogena ultra-light spot treatment moisturiser and also the Ponds lasting oil control vanishing cream (Normal-Dry) which also helps with oil and spot problems.

This product is affordable in my opinion and because one doesn't have to squeeze out much product, as the consistency is quite foamy; this product can last up to 6 months or more depending how often you use it and how much you use.

I've had this product for some time now. The first few uses were great. It really helped clear up the breakout I was going through. As I continued to use it, it sadly started to make my skin dry.

I decided to repurpose the product and I now use it as a mask whenever I get a bad breakout. I lather the product on wet skin and leave it on for a few minutes. Its been a great mask for me.

A little goes a long way so its very affordable.

I bought this face wash over the weekend after reading about it on Beauty bulletin and OH MY WORD its only been a few days and already i can see a big improvement of my skin, i have way less blemishes and the oiliness that build up during the day also has decreased tremendously, this is definitely a great product and im so happy with the results!

This product really helped me with my spots. Ponds came to my school and they gave us each free samples. I would recommend this. It has exfoliating beads in it as well!

Ponds has done it again, a Multi action facial foam scrub that works.

The ponds foam & scrub covers most of the facial problem in one because it has a facial foam and a scrub that controls oil, clear pimples, black heads, reduce blemishes and so much more.
I have try'd different scrubs and even peal off and it didn't do the work, but the Ponds facial foam scrub i saw results from the first wash, my face was not oily and shiny, it felt silky smooth and as i felt the smoothness on my face, some of the black heads were left on my hand.

its day 3 and happy with the results, don't just hear about it try it.

I love this product,i use it in the morning and evening.It leaves my skin feeling smooth.And since using it, ive realized that i hardly have breakouts,and the few pimples i get once in a while last less than 2 days.I'm totally sold and its way too affordable.Love it!!

I never go with ought this product, its cheap and I like it I don't stress when it finishes because with less R10.00 I can refill it . this is the best products to date from ponds.

I have a teenage daughter that wakes up every other day with blemishes on her skin. It used to be a drama every morning, but that drama is now kept to a minimum since my daughter started using this product.
It has a creamy, beige consistency with beads in it. It smells divine and when you apply it, it lathers and becomes a lovely face wash combined with a gentle facial scrub.
the scrubbing is not so harsh on the skin and it is safe enough to use daily.
The results after using this product for a while is great and sometimes when I have a lost nasty on my skin, I also use it for a few day.
I would recommend this for any young skin going through all the changes.

Since starting to use this new product from Pond's, I have received numerous compliments about how my skin is glowing with health. obviously the miracle ingredients do a great job of combating oiliness, clearing acne and removing dullness. I had the smallest 15ml tube and since it lathers really well the tube has lasted me over 2 months which is not bad for something that costs only R7. If you are looking for something cheap and effective then this is the one to try.

I can not believe I actually find a range from oond's that actually works wonders for my skin.

My skin tone is getting lighter, I don't get acne as I used to, oiliness is less and I feel and look beautiful.

I bought the 100ml for around 50 rands at checkers ,I don't really have oily skin but I bought this for the other wonders it claims to do,like Reducing redness which I have around my nose area and more especially reducing blackheads which really plague me and yes I see a significant difference.Redness had reduced in a short span of time and so have the blackheads .. :D

Great exfoliator although Its not all that grainy.. Lathers extremely well . On my first use my skin looked much cleaner and brighter and did feel a bit tightened up, I suppose that's my pores which were tightening!

Touching my skin after I use this is heaven. Feels so smooth and soft. The added skin Brightening Essence in this really does work at getting rid of dullness and at making skin radiate with health.

Pond's have my vote for being a cost effective brand that has continued to achieve miracles.

After years searching for the perfect cleanser, this is it!! I can't imagine using anything else. Since using this, and it has been almost 2 months, I have not had any issues at all. I am totally in love with this product!

Super cheap and effective at clearing up adult acne. The thing that astounded me was the fact that it did a decent job of exfoliating dull skin and revealing perfectly glowing skin with reduced pore size. Got myself a 15ml tube and it lasts about a month which is not bad considering the price. Foam really easily and smells divine.

I like this product, however I find it slightly drying, since I have combination skin. I cannot use it twice daily. I prefer to use it when I feel I am about to get a breakout, and within a day it is cleared up.

I've been one of those lucky lass's that had pretty clear skin in my youth. Lately however I've been breaking out badly... I decided to give the Pond's face wash a try especially as it was so cheap for a sample tube. The effects were fantastic!

My skin is clearer, less oily and the dark marks have definitely started to fade and all this in a month. Its also really good value for money as you only need a small amount each wash due to it foaming up nicely. And while it has helped with the oiliness, it hasn't dried my skin out.
Will definitely be sticking with this product!

I have always been a Ponds girl. I have tried other skincare products both drugstore and high end and I have to say that I would still put my money on Ponds. I always find myself coming back to this line no matter how far I stray.

This product has come into my routine as a replacement for my usual Flawless Radiance face wash. The fact that it doubles as a gentle scrub that is good for daily use is a bonus. The scent is great, subtle but fresh.

In fact, I love it so much I have even given a tube to my boyfriend who has a bit of an acne problem. He seems to love it and best of all, it is making a difference to his skin and it is really noticeable.

I found this little gem of a product the day before my 26th birthday. I was rocking some pretty hectic acne and I was struggling to find a product that would help...the next stop for me was going to be the dermatologist to see if some oral medication would be the answer.

After a week of use, I noticed a change! I decided not the get to excited about it as I though it might just be a reaction to a new product and that my skin would go back to where it once was...boy was I wrong. I've been using this product in conjunction with my facial brush from Avon (the cute little blue one-forgot what its called) and I am so so so happy with the results.

On a shopping trip to the supermarket, I was browsing through the beauty isle and came across the Ponds Spot Clear. I was taken aback by the price, R6,99 for a 15ml tube, something quite affordable and thought why not give it a try.

I experience pimple outbreaks now and then and I have been using this product for the past 2 weeks now. I use a pea size amount and it foams up remarkably. It covers the entire face and neck area. The product does leave the skin feeling calm, refreshed and pores are visibly tightened. Skin also looks smoother and brighter, however I found that my pimples are taking quite some time to clear out. I will recommend this to others to buy and try out for themselves. It is a good, affordable facial product and the 15ml tube can last for approximately 3 - 4 weeks.

I have been using the Ponds Spot Clear for just over a month now and absolutely love it! Leaves my skin feeling tighter, looking brighter and blemishless. Leaves skin oil free, soft and looking radiant. Will definitely recommend.

I saw this at Clicks at R5 and I though Wow Madness obviously it doesn't work. But I said since its R5 let me just buy it.

2 weeks later. My skin is radiant. Not dry and my pimple scars are less visible.
