Revlon Grow Luscious waterproof mascara

I not absolutely in love with this product. I can't use it alone. I normally use three different mascara's (each with a different purpose). If do use this one in my beauty routine, I usually use it first, I find it creates a nice base for mascara one and two. Not crazy about it but at the same time I would say that I wouldn't repurchase it.

i was so excited to try this mascara and tore open the packaging immediately. the first thing i noticed was the the brush was fairly big, which i loved. it's easy to apply and if you blink into the brush, you coat your upper and lower lashes. the fact that it was waterproof just made me happier because i usually tend to go for mascare that doesnt run with every blink.

Have only used it twice and although I can't say it had the impact I was looking for - overall it was not a bad product. The advantage was I got a Free Eyeliner with it.

Wish I had some of this mascara when my husband proposed would have saved me a lot of embarresment as I had racoon eyes the rest of the night.

Easy to use and not clumpy!

It's not a bad mascara but I probably won't buy it.

This mascara brush is the biggest I’ve ever seen. Its bigger than Maybelline Colossal, Max Factor False Lash Effect and Essence Multi-action mascaras. It’s like those hair mascaras you used to get that would give you temporary streaks of colour. As Maryanne said the opening is huge and a lot of mascara ends up on the tip of the brush which you have to wipe off. The brush does taper towards the tip which did help me when it came to application. I applied this mascara very slowly with a magnifying mirror to avoid potential injuries. I must say that upon first application the mascara does look good. It gives nice definition and a little length and volume. It does also feel quite heavy on the lashes but they don’t feel hard. I could see tiny flakes on the tips of my lashes which ended up on my face when I touched my eyes. I don’t know how effective the lash growth properties are because the flakes irritated my eyes after a few hours, there’s no way I’d wear this every day to find out. It does seem quite waterproof so I guess I save this one for days to the beach and holidays when I know I’ll be swimming and the water will wash the flakes away.

Love the packaging of this mascara! But unfortunately that is about all I liked about it! This is NOT for girls with short, sticky-out eyelashes! This is for girls who already have long, luscious lashes who want to strengthen their lashes and prevent them from breaking prematurely.
