If you haven’t heard of it before, Revlon Nail Art Neon is a new kind of nail polish that has been launched by Revlon. Being a nail fanatic myself, I am very critical of all nail products and this is no different.
When I first heard of the Revlon Nail Art Neon concept I was quite excited. Revlon is renound for their products and I expected no less when it came to this nail polish. I looked at the bottle, which resembles their double duo mascara, and I thought “Wow, this looks so good!” One the one end you have your white nail polish that should be used as the base and then on the other end you have your neon color that is enhanced when you paint over the white.
My initial experience was that the white was thin and didn’t spread evenly. I was quite disappointed. In order for the nail enamel to spread evenly, you need to apply a generous amount and the same goes with the top coat. To apply the nail polish and obtain best results, I would recommend that you use a tutorial or a guide for optimal results.
At the end of the application, if applied in a professional manner, the color will not disappoint. Just to get that perfect look though, you will need some practice!
Other than that, the range is good and the colors are pretty!
